Pyxis,
Wow you little minx that looks amazing. You are going to be belle of the ball and centre of attention all evening.
I hope you get chance to wear the outfit again. I'll make sure I do!
Thats all I can say really is wow
You have fun when you wear it out. I think you should go down to the local supermarket dressed like that. Umm, maybe not the local supermarket!
That will turn a few heads!!!! Don't want to cause an accident in the carpark! Hahahahahaha!

Well, because I'm pear-shaped, it's too big up top, so it has to be laced extra tightly at the top, plus I've decided to wear two bras at the same time underneath! Hahahahahahahahahah!(I just lurve spiders!)

Morning My lovelies,
Just a quick note to say off to funeral then off to action mans for the weekend. And will probably come back tuesday :rotfl:
I will on monday while he is at work attack some part of the house in an attempt to tidy up :rotfl:it is ok he said he does not mind. But he has stuff every where I kid you not. In the living room there is a tiny little dinning table and chairs. And yes we can't use them as covered in stuff!!!
I did promise not to dump anything unless it was real rubbish. mainly just move it around to make it look tidy LOL!!!!
Anyway got stuff to do so need to get on. I will catch you all up on tuesday evening most likely.
Everyone have a fun weekend and hugs and squishes and handshakes all round. And I will be in fort in spirit
Yours

calley, it's wonderful to hear you so happy.
I am pleased with myself. Each year, we make up a xmas food hamper for my aunt. I have done a supermarket order for that today. Hopefully I will remember that I picked the cheapest delivery slot and won't be in my pj's when it arrives. Used some vouchers and got loads of half price offers so brilliant value.
Sent DH to a different shop to buy a bulk item yesterday at a great deal. But the assistant was so unhelpful that DH got fed up and came away without buying. I will be at work so another relative is going in for it today. I feel sympathy for DH as the service does sound very poor, but he is hopeless sometimes. (I would have told the chap to shape up after I'd bought it!)
I got a couple of other things crossed off my list too this morning so I am still rocking.
Another busy, busy work day ahead. (So no doubt I will be reading the thread regularly in sheer panic).
Hmm. Need to get sugar paper. Better do that while I remember. Thank goodness for online shopping. Saves me a fortune sometimes on things I can create for myself. (DD wants trees on her birthday cake - she thinks I can do anything. Luckily she will be delighted however disasterously it turns out).:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Calley, have a fantastic weekend with Action Man. I'm sure his parents won't expect you to take anything with you but a bunch of flowers sounds like a lovely idea. It might be worth checking with him if there are any they don't like as they may have allergies - I love lilies but they give me terrible hayfever - or a strong dislike of certain colours.
WW - that sounds very, very organised and you definitely deserve to be proud of yourself.
I shouldn't worry if you're in your PJs when they arrive, a while ago I ended up answering the door for my online shop in scraggy clothes and a cake-covered pinny. He was more bothered by the fact that he wasn't going to get any of the cake than my scummy attire
It's the weekend before payday so I'm not going to be up to anything too exciting. I'm meeting IzHe for a couple of drinks after work tonight, working tomorrow and then we've got friends coming round on Sunday. We've got a flat-pack wardrobe being delivered and one of our friends is a very good handyman so he's going to put it together for us while I cook Sunday dinner for everyone.0 -
Thursday night was training night and we were practicing "stop the dog". Only in a change to the usual routine the trainer was calling Gitdog and I was meant to stop him. He was far too enthused at the prospect of a meet and greet to take the blindest bit of notice of me, so the trainer informed him he had just been hit by a car and was dead. Gitdog was not in the slightest bit bothered as he was far too busy trying to say hello. Our training mission for this week is to therefore see if I can speed up his emergency stops to the point where he is only semi-squished instead of completely flattened by passing traffic. I am not holding my breath. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

So glad the weekend is nearly here, I have been so tired and achy and generally run down this week, it's like having a bad cold, except I haven't got one!
