Sat here whilst Escapette slowly demolishes the living room, googling registering to be a childminder. Not sure it's a wise idea!0

I might google how to register to be a slothminder0
-
That would be brilliant! You wouldn't be rushed off your feet and you'd get cuddles all day. Changed my mind now!0

Yay, let's set up a sloth-minding company
Their little 'meeps' in that video were so cute!

Those sloths are so cute!!!
I'm with Code, there's not a chance that I would even consider the Via Ferrata!! I have been cage diving with sharks though and that was amazingly good fun.
Tea - I'm sorry P cat is so spectacularly living up to his name. One of my mum's cats has a really bad habit of doing that - they've had to replace the hallway mat about 3 times now and had to remove all of the pot plants from out there as she was digging the dirt out of them and peeing in the pots...
I hope WaSp's antivirals work and that he's feeling better soon.0 -
It was like winter here last night with the rain and the wind. All my pots are over in the back garden too.
Was having a lovely lie in when the phone went, and it was my uncle "you doing owt this afternoon?" "No", "do you fancy going on a bike ride, a longer one his time?" Me half asleep..."yeah cool" So, got a rough idea where we are going but not exactly sure lol! The bikes are going in the car, we stop off at our favourite charity shop (we're fans, our partners aren't!) and then I think we're going to where my Dad is, but the route we take I'm not totally sure.
Better get munching on them bananas, my legs are cramping abit from the other day!0 -

.
It does sound amazing diving with sharks! Do they come right up to the cage? I know someone who would have loved that, my Dad! I can just imagine him snapping away with an underwater camera!
I'm sure I'll find out today the crack about the via Ferrata!
When we were buying a new sofa, I wanted to get one from sofaworks just so I could get a Neil the sloth. We didn't get one from there in the end up though!0 -

Yes, they come very close to the cage. One swam past so close that it really felt as though I could've reached out and touched it - although I kept everything very much within the cage!!
I found it really interesting even when I wasn't in the cage as they had an upper deck so you could go up there and watch them all circling the boat. I know a few people who've told me that I must be deranged to have done it but there wasn't actually any point where I didn't feel safe, it was just fascinating to see them that close up.
Good luck with your bike ride and I hope you don't ache too much afterwards.0 -
I attempted the extreme Via Ferrata once. Couldn't even get down the first bit so had to give up after holding everyone up for half an hour! Good luck if you do decide to do it!! Take a camera attached by a strap as the views are stunning.0

I got stuck on a 10-step spiral staircase yesterday... via ferrata is not for me :rotfl:.0
