He has just got over a bad cold and was at the doctors on Monday which involved an hour in the waiting room so he may have picked up the virus there. He has had it before but not for a good 10 years. Evening my Lovelies,
Hugs to WaSp and handshakes and squishes all round dr's orders:rotfl:they are germ free of course
Collected the car today it went fine. Think lego man was the worse for lack or sleep having been on night shift and getting himself worked up about it all.
He still needs to go back to collect some more stuff and collect a phone he had on contract for her as she could not get one. And have a chat with her about stuff. I think she turned funny with him because he mentioned he was seeing someone. But it was his way of saying its fine I have moved on.
I helped him empty his car of stuff he had already collected. And then went to see my husband.
Anyway got back at 9pm logged on to my e-mail to see an e-mail from amazon saying my order had been hand to the resident XYZ. Have a hard job as no one was in the house 3.30pm this afternoon. As I left lego man around that sort of time. He lives about 10 miles away so about 20-30 mins depending on the traffic and I went straight to my husbands and never came home until a lot later.
So I have no idea where this order is. And its not little either. No card through the door or anything. Will see what happens in the morning. If a neighbour brings it around. Other wise I will be moaning to amazon but in nice way :rotfl:
Apart from that little niggle had a good day. Hope I get a decent nights sleep as I did not get to sleep until nearly 4am and awake about 4 hrs later
Night everyone.
Catch up with you tomorrow.
Yours

Poor WaSp, shingles is not very pleasant.
Hope it doesn't linger for too long.
Early start for me today. It's finally the day for my uncles paraglide. Even though I'm not doing it, he still wants me to go along and take some photos. So I've got my camera sorted and my big lens, so hopefully I'll get some good shots.0 -

GG, that sounds fab. I would like to give it a go but to scared to :rotfl:
Right found my parcel it was behind a plant pot out by the front door. I did not even see it.
Today is washing day. Stripped the bed down including pillow and mattress protectors all going in the wash. Just hope those grey clouds go away and sunshine comes out again. To dry it quicker.
Off to do some bits and pieces and I will be back later.
Everyone take care.

So far this morning have found three areas of cat wee. My neighbours are doing something to the flat roof by my bathroom window. My dad is being really bossy about my garden. The house is a tip (and covered in flipping cat wee).
I should have stayed in the hotel.
How's WaSp this morning?0 -
I very seldom get angry but am annoyed at my doctors today.I have had swollen ankles for about eighteen months had lots of tests ect but they did not find out the cause.I went to the doctors on wednesday for a blood test for diabetes as i was classed as pr-diabetic and the nurse took my blood pressure which was sky high and I had to wait and see the doctor who game me medication.Just googled high blood pressure and one of the symptoms is swollen ankles! Why did they not check it? Had it checked two years ago and it was a bit high and they said they would review in a year but never got called in and I am one of those people who does not go to the doctors unless I am really worried about something.Should I have asked them to check it after a year?
The good news is that my diabetic levels are down so not even pre diabetic now.0 -
Evening my Lovelies,
GL I do understand. They did not have a clue about my husband and his condition because it only effects about 3000 people a year. Some times they miss the obvious.
Well phoebe the house rabbit has excelled herself today!!!! She chewed the hoover cable  I was not using it at the time. Will need to get a connector box thingy. Lodger on the way home went via husbands to pick up his hoover.
So might be able to finish off the job I was doing earlier. Cleaning the kitchen :rotfl:
Looks like I will be home alone as lodger is off out to meet some Bird as he calls them!!!
Got a tub of oreo ice cream to eat later

Hope all are well since it's gone quite quiet at the moment.
It was good being outdoors all day yesterday, meeting new people and brain switching off from the everyday stuff. Apart from landing head first in the picnic sausages and sticking his nose in more bags than I would have liked, Gitdog behaved himself and got a couple of comments about how good he was (bearing in mind this is in the context of 30 odd bull terriers.)All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
