Given my breasts a check. Nothing unusual to report.

And here's a pic from the area of my city I'm currently working on.

I check mine regularly and once found a lump. My GP was good and referred me to the hospital one stop clinic. I got an appointment two weeks later and had a mammogram and Ultra sound scan which showed multiple cysts. If I'd needed a needle biopsy then it would have done then as well with the result later that day.

I feel my regularly and when I did feel something lumpy got referred via my GP and had a mammogram.

Apparently, "at my age", breakdown of tissue and irregular feeling breasts is quite normal.

to be fair, I do have a fair few lipomas, but still.....AT. MY. AGE.

    I'm not even fifty yet.
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

When we were getting a bed for the spare room I went to Argos and picked whatever was half-price and had good reviews and it's one of the comfiest mattresses I've ever had, I think I actually prefer it to the one on our bed.
    .

D was just saying to get one from Argos too, like the one I'd got for the spare bed. When he's on call he sleeps in that bed so he doesn't wake me in the middle of the night, and says it's a really comfy mattress. I think I'll have a look tomorrow. I bought that one on the same reasons as yours above, on offer and good reviews, so I'll do the same again and cross my fingers it's ok. :)

I've got to admit, I don't check my breasts that regularly tbh....D always volunteers for that job! :p But seriously, he's pretty good about checking himself over (bits not breasts) because that is very important too for you guys out there. I do give a quick check over in the shower, but I don't do the whole technique at they tell you to....I know, my bad.

Btw Iz, I like WW suggestion of calling Mr Izzy IzHe! Very clever! More inventive than using his first initial....like D lol! :D
