It's true that there are environmental factors, but those factors trigger changes in brain chemistry/neurology that lead to the MH issues. It does all boil down to physical changes.

Even personality differences probably stem from these tiny differences, too!

We're all just a chemical soup with some sparks thrown in!

Just stress i dont need right now, iver had the pass for 5 years, my old psych insisted on me getting it as she felt i was isolating myself and needed something to encourage me to get out more

In regards to to MH issues i think maybe i was genetically predisposed to it, and the stress/bullying is what set it off? I think tbh even if i hadnt had the bullying something else would have triggered it off.
