((((WaS))))
As other people have said, please don't think that it's your fault or somehow makes you less worthy of love. There are so many reasons why she may have decided to cut contact but they're all a reflection on her, not you.How do you lot pick your moments and choose who gets to know what - preferably with examples.
It's not something I've ever really considered but I think I tend to keep my feelings very much to myself until I know someone really well and trust them completely. I'm also far more likely to share information with people if I know that they've experienced similar. For example, I was having an "I'm fat and hideous and am not fit to be seen in public" moment when getting ready to go out a couple of months ago. Trying to explain it to my boyfriend was hard going because it's not something he's ever experienced but "the outfit I was going to wear tonight didn't fit" was all I had to say to one of my friends for her to understand exactly where I was coming from.
Despite being very private most of the time, there really is something to be said for "In vino veritas" - give me a drink or six and I have no filter0 -

Sending good thoughts.
Yes, I tend not to tell people how I am feeling, either. Probably not the healthiest way to deal with things. I just get bad tempered!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
