Awww, poor little doggy - and poor mum. I'm sure doggy knew that he was loved, and felt the proper goodbye, though

    Evening my lovelies,

Hugs and squishes and handshakes all around. Anyone hear from WaS?

HBS, massive hugs. it's horrible to lose a much loved pet. I know I will have to be the strong one when the dog goes. As my partner will be in pieces.

I have been a bit mean and petty to prove a point. it was SIL's brithday this week and I did not delivery a present and card or even wish her happy birthday via text. it was my partners birthday over the weekend and he did not get a card or birthday wishes. And I have been with him 3 years this autumn.

If anything is said, I will go oh I should have remembered it was your birthday as its x days after AM's. I am very annoyed about it, as I go out of my way to make sure they get presents, cards and birthday wishes on time. I don't expect them to spend money on pressies but a card would be nice just to acknowledge he is part of the family.

Everyone take care. And try and get some rest this evening.

    Yours

    Calley x

    Afternoon my lovelies,

Squishes, hand shakes and hugs all round.

I hope everyone had a nice weekend and got enough rest.

I don't know how I feel at the moment. I am feeling anxious not sure what is triggering it. Feel I have or will do something very bad. Which is making me feel tired so I have mega nap of a couple of hours then can't get to sleep until late and wake up late and seem to be going around in circles. Try and get on top of it if I can.

    Everyone take care

Been getting worse with my cough, threw up a couple of times at weekend and paid taxi to out of hours waited over 2 hours even with appointment to be told my chest was fine, therefore I was ok, today I was coughing so bad I was blacking out and only just stopped myself falling over but still getting no help from GP.

Job front though again getting excellent feedback.

(Hugs) Calley. Can you set an alarm so you only have a 20 minute nap during the day? Maybe then you will sleep better at night?

Deka if the chest is fine then it must be viral, and those can take ages to go. If your throats gets raw from coughing you can buy tyrozets over the counter and they are brilliant. Practice deep breathing to help with the dizzy spells.

The cough is so bad that if I dont grab a drink within a few seconds I throw up and start blacking out and it makes my throat so tight I can't breathe which is bad enough during day but when it happens in bed I am in agony.

Even with drinking something within a few seconds those further few seconds I am choking and still close to being sick or blacking out.

I have had this cough since Christmas but its only been this bad in past 3 weeks.

    Dandy-Candy,

Think I will have to, as went and had a nap and woke up about 2 hours later :rotfl:

Its nearly 12.30 and just got back from walking the dog as AM was out this evening and he would just not go out.

Everyone I hope you get some rest.

I’ve never had a fear of the dentist, i don't even bother with an injection for drilling most of the time. Today I'm due for a filling at midday (I've had them don before) and i am having massive anxiety. I woke up nauseous and I've even shed tears. I don't know what is wrong with me today.

I hope everyone is doing ok, and poorly partners are on the mend. ((Hugs)) to those who need them.

    Dandy-Candy,

Massive hugs. I hate the dentist with a passion. Not helped by the fact that use to go every 6 months for a check up, scale and polish. And was told look after your teeth the way you are and you will keep them. Changed dentist due to retirement to be told I have bone loss and need to have a lot of work done and even go to have stuff done on my gums. I have been drinking more fizzy since being with AM but I will cut down on and limit my sugar intake mostly to meals times only. And clean after every meal.

As I was up until 3am I have not long woken up and got a call asking if I wanted to come in for deep clean. Ummm no thanks not today!!!

I always get anxious to the point of wanting to cry when at the dentist. bet she though I was a strange the other day when she asked me how long I had gum disease. And when I was telling her I was nearly crying.

All the best today with the dentist.
