Lost enough hair to make another person
Good girl (ooh, that now sounds so patronising, it sounded better in my head!) and eek re the hair loss (or were you shaving?)We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

So yes seeing myself is not good
I'm wearing the same clothes usually 2 layers until I shower
Hmm
Would it help to cover all mirrored surfaces? I know I am getting into my penguin territory* (and it's making me twitchy) but I found that helped me.

No
Was head hair. It looks loads because of the length but the lack of hair washing means it all falls out at once and can look quite scary.
Size 6 is now baggy

Re hair washing, my hairdresser told me it is actually healthier for the hair to leave it for a week or more if you can between washes. Not sure if she told me that to make me feel better as I hadn't been able to wash my hair before going for a cut (arms were not working great that week and they couldn't do a wash and cut because of time) or if she was telling the truth! We made it! I lose shedloads of hair when I wash it (everyday - because my hair is annoying, would love to leave it longer
. I'm amazed I'm not bald!
Well done melly, hope you're enjoying feeling all squeaky clean now0 -

Sue thats exactly what I was going to say as well.
But Melly well done. I know what its like to not want to look after yourself. I have to force myself and go and have a shower as I don't do it for a few days. When I am down.
You are a very special person and fab and wonderful, caring and loving. I know when you feel like this you don't and can't believe it.
I wish you lived near me. I would have you come and stay. And you would be looked after by me. I will kick the lodger out :rotfl:
Right did a brave thing for me phoned the council and asked about help with my council tax bill. As I am paying full wack for two adults and I only have £300 a month income and the council tax bill is approx £100. Looks like I will have to pay a £5 a week rather than a £25 a week. Started to fill the forms in on-line. will come back later and finish off.
That should help me a little money wise.
Right I am going to follow Mellys example and go and have a shower and put my face on and then go and collect a parcel from the post office. I think I know what it is. But not a 100% sure.
Everyone have a good day. And massive hugs, squishes and handshakes all around. And Melly I expect to see you in the duvet fort all wrapped in a dressing and towel and snuggled under a duvet having a lovely nice rest.

That made me chuckle.
My rabbit who I must post some piccies of. Acts like she does not get fed. You would think I starve her. She goes mad when I put her food in. She has water and hay at all times.
Right and off out soon. So catch you all later.

As the little munchkin is making herself sick (about to wash bed again.) I think she may have a touch of separating anxiety0

P cat is the same calley. Whenever anyone else comes round he sits by the food cupboard looking sorry for himself. It might be more convincing if he wasn't dragging his fat belly around!0
