They look delicious Melly! I've never had a quesadilla before, but I know D has and he enjoyed it.
I used to use make up sponges which looked very similar in texture to that beauty blender you linked to, but they were round. I found that I probably used more foundation than I needed to as it absorbed a lot, and so just use my fingers now. I've seen a lot of good reviews on them though.0 -
You soak em first Georgie they don't soak up as much then.

The run of low days are continuing...hmm, hope this is not the start of the teetering over the edge process again as this is the longest run since I 'recovered' from the breakdown.
I am having to really force myself to post now, I am determined not to go back to the black days of completely withdrawing but it is getting harder and harder to keep communicating....my colours have gone from a nice yellow (my calm colour) to a dark blue (my warning colour), thankfully no black or disconnect where I feel like I am in a giant bubble whilst out and about as yet.
Still have no idea why though, the boys are doing well, there are not too many financial worries and although my physical health is not brilliant, it hasn't really changed in the last 6 months, from what I can think of, there has been no trigger for it this time.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

There doesn't have to be a reason why you catch one virus and not another, or why an arthritic joint plays up on one day or not another, so brain chemistry changes can occur without you being aware of a reason.
Interesting that yellow is your calm colour.
Can you affect the colour by mental effort?(I just lurve spiders!)

Calley - I'm glad you had a good time at the wedding. Which dress did you go for in the end?
Melly - well done on getting another interview.
Faerie - There's not really a lot you can do, just hope that things calm down and he realises that you did what you did for the right reasons.
Sue - I'm sorry you're having a hard time of it at the moment. I often find that the ones where there's no particular reason for it are the hardest, at least if you know what's causing it there's something you can try to tackle, and I hope that it goes away quickly.0
