Is this exemption displayed on signs in-store or in the car-park . Or does the disabled motorist have to be clairvoyant? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I would assume the disabled motorist, especially one without a BB, would have to be clairvoyant to know the above
not been there yet but will get pics of the new signs etc, park in a BB bay and probably get a ticket whilst I get my BB on the whitelist in the store due to a Q at the customer service desk , lol
or they will tell me they know nothing about it and contact head office !!!!
they didnt tell me what the new parking arrangements are, nor what my wife should do , plus the asda website doesnt tell you either , just says parking is provided, nothing about what the parking rules are
you have to wonder how many people know there is a "whitelist" too , I never did0 -
And just how are PE going to monitor BB 'abuse'? Not sitting in Chorley Towers, that's for sure. And they won't be putting boots on the ground.
So it's either some form of self ticketing or a simple free-for-all for the fat and lazy (and parent and child who think they have some entitlement) to dump their car near the door and sidle in for their made-to-measure pizza or bag-for-two Indian microwave feast! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Like all ppc scammers, they are not at all dedicated to true car park management, its purely REVENUE.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

In their defence, Asda will add details to the 'white list' when requested.
The trick is, as you point out, knowing about it, or having a store where the customer care team actually do care.0
