You can report any of her other listings as you are not allowed to put conditions on the use of paypal. You have to offer paypal.0

Also, she's listing on eBay as a private seller , not a trader.
I apologise for my comment about greed , but it usually comes down to money .0 -
3 stamps of service history last done on 01/06/2012 @ 47179miles now showing 75'000
A third of its life since last service...rings alarm bells - especially as its the last third.
No mention of cambelt or anything like that either...0 -
I owned a C4 Automatic and they are awful!! I had that same problem with the battery, I needed to disconnect it for 10 minutes and then reconnect to make it work. Also the car would get stuck in 1st gear and then only travel at 15-20 miles an hour. Also watch out for the snowflake on the dash when it gets cold. That would send my C4 Automatic into overdrive mode and everything electronic would breakdown. It became known as the Snowflake of death. Worst car I ever bought -but I may have just been unlucky.
Cant help with the legalities of your sisters purchase unfortunately.0 -
That's a bit different to having protection. There is none when paying by cash even if the transaction was started on eBay.Buyers likely pay less if seller doesn't pay ebay fees. No come back on eBay if you don't make the purchase initially through eBay- she could still have paid cash. She'd have had the lever of leaving bad feedback to get a refund.0 -
It is different , but negative feedback carefully worded is better than nothing, as it may have the desired effect.0

Depends if they've used Classified Ads rather than normal auction or BIN.Brooker_Dave wrote: »I thought cars were excluded from that?
If it's a Classified Ad then it's just like advertising on Gumtree and you are allowed to put phone numbers in the ad. I don't think you can leave feedback for a classified ad purchase.0
