Ebay buyer scam, £600, new iPhone,

Now ebay can see the package has been returned,(It was RM Tracked which doesn't require a signature) they will issue the refund you will then have to appeal if the phone returned is not the one you sent.0
-
I see. I'll scale the item and appeal straight away.0
-
The weight has no significance0
-
Anyway, I'll bring the package to the post office tomorrow, get it scaled. It wasn't as heavy as the one I posted.
Also, I have called Apple and they refused to do anything. I have spoken to a manager and she said they cannot give me even the email address which the phone is locked to by iCloud.
If I could get that address, it might be her's. Than that would be a clear win.
Also the manager just quickly told me, to tell Three to get the phone blocked. She didn't want to give me out this either, but kindly whispered into the phone:-)
apple cant tell you that but a court could order they do0 -
Really?! If I send something and the buyer should return the same. The package is like half the weight now.0
-
I have managed to scale the item quickly at my friend's, it weights 0,436kg. This is 40g less than the item I shipped. If I remove the bubble wrapping, it's still around 20g shy.0

Update; Ebay case opened against the buyer. They don't take large statements, so I have written a short one.
"Buyer has scammed me. I shipped a iPhone 6S Plus in a unopened box, sealed. She sent me back a iPhone 6 box without ANY ID ON THE BACK!
I have recorded a video before I have shipped the item. The post office has got me on CCTV where I pack the item and can be seen it's a different box (the 6S Plus has a red/black fish on the front and ID (IMEI, serial etc) on the back.
She has refused to stop the claim she makes, so I have already initiated a court claim against her for two reasons.:
1, She has scammed me. Which is fraud.
2, She has uploaded a video to YouTube which shows up my name and my address.
I have already filed a Small Claims Court request, paid in £60. Even if I win this case, I expect this money to be paid by her on top of what she owes.
I have reported this to the Police and to ActionFraud.
Crime Reference Number: *****
I have got a longer statement which I am happy to give to Ebay. If needed"0 -
There are lots of points there, but I would particularly ask you, is that a crime reference number or a reference number for action fraud?
If the police had given you a crime reference number you might expect them to be investigating it.0 -

So you are saying you have opened the package now and it's a different box with the Siemens phone in?You haven't stated in that letter what type of phone she actually sent back.0 -
Yes, unless I missed it I can't work out if the OP has actually opened the box yet.....and if he/she has, what was in it?0
