Ebay buyer scam, £600, new iPhone,

Update; Ebay case opened against the buyer. They don't take large statements, so I have written a short one.
"Buyer has scammed me. I shipped a iPhone 6S Plus in a unopened box, sealed. She sent me back a iPhone 6 box without ANY ID ON THE BACK!
I have recorded a video before I have shipped the item. The post office has got me on CCTV where I pack the item and can be seen it's a different box (the 6S Plus has a red/black fish on the front and ID (IMEI, serial etc) on the back.
I think quite a few of us are still trying to find out what has she sent you back?0 -
Well, that was a very quick appeal decision by ebay,a case of that value normally takes a few days before a decision is made.
What was the exact wording of the original decision you appealed?
How have ebay worded how you have won and will get a refund by tomorrow?
As for a court case for libel,Where have you been libelled?
I think you should cancel the original court claim as you will now be refunded and have no loss.
You cannot use the same claim for libel as it is a different issue and not dealt with by Small Claims
Best to get your refund, cancel the Small Claim and move on.0 -
And the cow jumped over the moon!0

Something not right with this thread, maybe the poster realised it's a bit of a security risk posting all this personally identifiable stuff and tried to make a dignified exit, this is better I think than saying I don't believe it.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

I'm still 'on the fence' over the whole thing0 -
Well,
I am not sure why posts have been removed. Maybe because they contained personal info the mods removed them.
I have yes reported her for misusing the buyer protection too.
And no, I would happily post about her.
As of what she sent back, it's what she recorded. She sent back a heavy weighting siemens phone, a iPhone 6 plus box, a iphone used charger and a iphone 4/4s battery case.
For ebay, I went on the phone to discuss this. First I asked them to step in, where I lost. Then I appealed and the guy told me over the phone that in the morning he will get back my funds.
Yes, Ebay might just refunded both of us, no one knows really.
I won't take her for libel then, but I will get her prosecuted for fraud. It's on the police after to investigate how and what she has tried but I am a hundred percent sure with what I say.0 -
As for the CCTV, I think because I know the managers there in my post office and I hold a CCTV badge, I could get it easily. If not that way, the court can order them to provide.0

Ebay CS are known for lots of things and misinformation is the biggest.
Until you have your refund, I wouldn't bank on getting it.0 -
