I've found your listing. Is that right you only sent it first class? Not signed for?
You only have feedback for purchases-no sales?
Your description of the phone is just one line. Purchased December 2015. Unopened0 -

The post that had the details to look up the Youtube video seems to have gone but I'm pretty sure from the buyers video, it shows it was sent Special Delivery.I've found your listing. Is that right you only sent it first class? Not signed for?

The buyers video showed the iphone box supposedly received was not sealed. If it was sealed in box, why would it have your fingerprints? Maybe the thin cellophane packaging, but that'll be long thrown away I'd imagine.0 -
I see the YouTube video has been taken down.
I've got another question, Bolyki, if you got the phone from Barkleys, why did you advertise it as 'purchased in December', instead of 'received from insurer in place of a lost phone'?0 -

Although having sold many high value items, I haven't experienced problem like OP. In short, eBay/PayPal is always on buyers' side. I would have to go through court if I were you.0 -
Hello,
I have tried to post the messages but my IP got banned from home for unknown reasons... I have contacted thr admin.
My messages couldn't been posted the site said and after the 5th try, i got banned.
The reason is, the phone's serial can be looked up and checked. It said a Decembe purchase:
Why would you say that you got a phone from insurance? Would anyone take that? No. Although it doesn't change about the price or the validity of the item.
Today I have received something back, but I haven't signed. They just dropped it in the letterbox. So what she posted didn't require a signature.
Now I will take the item to the post office and get them to weight it. And just then, I will open it.0 -

Hold it. You don't need to sign for something to show it was delivered.0 -

I always thought you did, but either way point stands if they cant prove it was returned there may be an easy way out
OP has the package any tracking details?0 -
Depends what service was used. If it was RM Tracked (unlikely for a private individual) you don't necessarily have to sign. What other services will show online proof of delivery without having to sign?theonlywayisup wrote: »Hold it. You don't need to sign for something to show it was delivered.0
