    I've gone on the money supermarket website and filled in my details but that tariff is not on the list. Why can't I see this tariff? I've tried by entering my kwh consumption as well as by my monthly amount. Has the tariff expired?

    For any Collective Tariff you have to pre-register. So once the details are made public, it's too late to get on board.

    I've been a member for over a couple of months as I signed up to compare car insurance a while back. Anyway, I've got 6 months before my current deal expires so no big issue.

    ..you need to look at your account to see whether you are signed up for marketing messages - I have two MSM accounts (still haven't worked out why:rotfl:) and one got the email re the deal whilst the other account didn't.

    I applied for this tariff on 8/3/16,received an email from MSS the same day stating my details had been sent to Eon.


    1o days later and the switch still hasn't been confirmed even though I have contacted Eon and they confirm that they have received my application from MSS.( I am presently on the Eon V19 tariff)


    Come Eon some people on this thread have been switched within 72 hours.

    ...may take a few days to get confirmation -but EON have backdated my last few "internal" switches to the date of the email from the switching service:T

    I have been trying to make contact with Eon regards the NEW collective March 2016
    but have been unable to find it on any comparison sites and not found any pricing for this NEW collective offered..!

    I was wanting to switch to the new collective but i have no details of the prices for the gas and electricity tariff

    Hiya handyam and welcome to the forum.

    First of all, please may I say you should really remove your personal details from the open forum.

    E.ON don't directly offer collective tariffs, this is something you have to go through the third party site to register for. We can't therefore, give you a quote or unit prices and it won't show on our website.

    As the collective is through MSM you'd need to apply for the tariff through there. They would then send a notification to us to either switch your tariff to the collective, or switch your supply over to us.

    On a side note, I'm unsure why you've been on hold for 2 hours we don't have a wait time at the mo.
