im a happy chap with a saving of around £100 ayear,
I was just asking as my pal is on V19 and she did not sign up to MSM until a few days ago . . .and the last time I looked this is the best EON deal around . . .0 -
Hi guys,
I have spoken to them about 30 mins ago and even though I never signed in
and just applied it brought up the MSM deal. However what the advisor said was they must have already had my email address registered with them.
However with a friends permission I signed in to his account and and got a list of quotes but no mention of the MSM deal.0 -
So Mable do I put my friends detail on my MSM account and switch for them dat way !?!?0

is it too late for them to get the new eon collective March 2016 tariff !?!??!?.....
Hi Maxwell007
The E.ON MSM Fixed 1 Year Collective tariff is available through MSM from 7 March 16 to 7 April 16. As youravinalarrrf says, customers need to have signed up with MSM before the offer started.
If your friend is okay to move on to this tariff, they won't pick up an exit fee as they'll be moving from one E.ON tariff to another. They will, though, need to go through MSM as we're not allowed to switch customers to any collective tariff either over the phone or through our website.
Hope this helps Maxwell007.

Hi onzey
As I explained during a similar conversation on another thread, I've raised and escalated this within E.ON. It's now down to the gaffers to decide.
Sorry you don't like this but, at the moment, I need to let customers know the situation as it stands now. I'll update the other thread I mentioned once I have a decision. Possibly within the next 4 weeks.
Malc
Hope you didn't think my anger is directed at you Malc. I understand you can only state the current situation as it stands.
I know you said you were raising Price Alert issues within E.ON a while ago, it's just frustrating to see nothing has changed and you're having to say the same thing still.
My anger is really directed at the gaffers!0 -
Don't worry onzey. Totally understand where you're coming from. I certainly don't take it personally. It actually helps as I send this type of comment through to the gaffers to give my request some added impact.
Have a good weekend.

You do want you want to and I will do the same.
Also have had confirmation i have already been transferred to the MSM tariff.0 -
I just logged into Money Supermarket using an old MSM account - no mention of any Eon collective tariff
We weren't signed up to marketing emails but I can't believe they would be crazy enough to limit any offers just to people who have..
Really speaking since MSM own MSE, they should make their offers available to CEC - as they have in the past...0 -
EON are certainly getting their act together now on tariff changes -applied for this MSM deal on 9th, got confirmation email from EON today and tariff is changed on website, effectively 3 working days from application. In 15 months these successive tariff changes have saved me a calculated 25% of my utility bills = £370!!:T0
