Hi Malc
My current MSM collective May 2015 tariff ends in early June 2016. Would you know if will there be another comparable MSM Collective tariff offer available in late May early June that i could transfer to??
Thanks in advance0 -
Got further info. from MSM staff via return phone call yesterday.
Apparently you not only have to be registered with MSM to get the deal , but must also be signed up for marketing messages. This why I got the offer on one MSM account but not on the other (still don't know why I have two MSM accounts tho':rotfl:)0 -

Hi SKIM24 and welcome to the Forums.
Sorry, but can't help much here. We're not told about new tariffs, collective or otherwise, until they're actually released. With collectives, we're not allowed any involvement until a customer has been referred to us by the organiser of the scheme. We can't market, sell or promote them in any way. You'll need to rely on the organisations launching these tariffs to let you know about future developments.
With our own tariffs, you can register for Price Alerts and, if you're on a fixed deal (not a collective), we'll email you if we release any new versions of the product. Price Alerts don't apply to collectives as they're one off standalone tariffs and no new versions will be released.
It's also good to keep an eye on our website. New tariffs, offers etc will be on there first.
Sorry again I can't offer much advice here SKIM24.

I got the deal and I have never signed up with them.0 -

For crying out loud get this changed!
WHY is it that E.ON think that someone on a collective doesn't want to be informed about any other tariff? :mad:0 -
So if my friend who is on V19 but not signed up to MSM,
is it too late for them to get the new eon collective March 2016 tariff !?!??!?.....0 -

Is this a real or imaginary friend?
I posted this earlier which is contained in the email from MSMyouravinalarrrf wrote: »Users need to be aware that it is exclusively available to customers who signed up to receive emails from MoneySuperMarket before 5.00pm on March 3[FONT="].

I assumed that links contained in the email from MSM were personalised for each user but if the link grumpycrab posted above works for your "friend" then there's nothing stopping your friend signing up.
There's no requirement to log in to MSM's website before you do the comparison and the email address you enter during the application process can be the one used by your friend on the E.ON account.
Worth a try but don't expect the real savings to be anything like they quote due to flawed comparison method they are forced to use by OFGEM (part year on existing tariff, part year on their far more expensive standard tariff wrongly & stupidly assuming you won't take any action to switch when your contract expires).0 -

Hi onzey
As I explained during a similar conversation on another thread, I've raised and escalated this within E.ON. It's now down to the gaffers to decide.
Sorry you don't like this but, at the moment, I need to let customers know the situation as it stands now. I'll update the other thread I mentioned once I have a decision. Possibly within the next 4 weeks.
