Bryando, your posts are a little all over the place at the moment, from a worsening condition to how much you can get if you go to work to Legal Aid for non existent appeals. Is there someone in real life you can talk to about this, get some perspective on your situation?

    Hi,

I have not mentioned appealing-there is nothing to appeal. It has been somebody on the thread jumping the gun that has attracted the thought of I am appealing!

Already spoken with a Solicitor whom deals in Social Security some distance from me. Not many do it in my area. Hence why I know how the Legal Aid works and what I can get. All I wanted to know is what happpens when I phone DLA to say I have got worse.

How does the legal aid stuff work? I'm in Scotland and I'm the paraplegic black out sufferer who has been told to call a taxi so a lawyer might come in handy.

    Use this: http://www.slab.org.uk/public/advice/index.html

Will let you know if you qualify.

    http://www.slab.org.uk/public/solicitor-finder/

This will provide local Solicitors in your area.

You can get h HELP .NOT him appearing at first tier. So he could get authority to request say a GP report. He can look at your case and give guidance/write letters. PIP is a LEGAL question - so many folk forget this.

Not many folk know Legal Aid can be given and often folk say you can't. Thankfully in Scotland we can where in England they can not from what I understand. CAB don't have the resources to pay for reports for example.

And where exactly are you getting this information from? What's the link...

    You said earlier.
I have not mentioned appealing-there is nothing to appeal. It has been somebody on the thread jumping the gun that has attracted the thought of I am appealing!

Yet all this information you have posted is all about appeals and tribunals. For the love of god, You don't even claim PIP, So why would you waste lawyers time, You do realise that if you ever went to a tribunal with legal aid and you lose, You could be made to pay the costs.

According to .GOV website legal aid can only be used for upper tier and supreme court regarding benefits.

Plus everything you posted you can do yourself or get citizens advice to help.

I really do not understand you OP.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about! The information I have furnished comes from the SCOTTISH LEGAL AID BOARD.

You seem to be taking an issue of me accessing a Solicitor- heaven's knows why! Quite frankly you have nothing of benefit to add to me. You after all know how it works- clearly not. Take up the research then get back to me preferably not as I can't be bothered listing frankly.

I have a problem because your abusing the system, It costs the Scottish government £130Million+ for legal aid, And people like you seem to think you can use it in this manner. Legal aid is for people WHO NEED IT, You don't even need it.

So yes I do have a problem, I suspect im not the only one who finds you very troublesome with no pleasing. You are not seeking Justice in anything, So why would you use the justice system.
