La E and Jonno - what do your other halves say when you raise the issue? It must be very frustrating. I feel for you.
Normally that he might not like another job (he's not that keen on his current one tbh). I can relate to that if I'm honest. I just find it frustrating as I have a full time job (which I'm not overly fond of most days), my own business and I do surveys, local selling etc to pay our debt off quicker and I know it could be much more. I wish I could change my job but I don't have that luxury - also adds to the frustration.
It was really bad a couple of years ago, hasn't been for a while but just recently it's started to add to other stresses
I just need to limit thinking about it.
Thanks for taking time to ask about it X0 -

I would definitely recommend the online chat thing. Also ask for your phone to be unlocked too (if not already) shows your serious about leaving
but can also then use it on another network if need be without any faff. 0 -
Evening everyone
Welcome to first time posters, lurkers and occasional visitors.
I started wring today's post mid afternoon, but then I got distracted by RL.
Today has been a NSD. Dd went out with my sister and her children this afternoon, we continued with our lessons without complaint :j we caught up with a few things on the PVR and did some chores. Nothing exciting.

That seems so cheap. I haven't been sim only for years. So literally you buy the handset but they still give you minutes and data etc for that?Yes, you can either buy a new handset or use one you already have. My bill, as a quite light user, is about £8.50 a month on O2 (maybe not quite this much, can't remember exactly off the top of my head), and I never use all my allowance.
I'm with giffgaff (and so are most of my friends & family) & I spend £5 a quarter on a sim only deal.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Quick check in as I'm just on my way to bed. This blimming crochet monkey is becoming a pain in the bum - I thought I'd whizz through it, but it's so difficult and little and fiddly
AND - I've found a hole in our front door frame. Just what I can't afford at the moment. I have no idea how much a door costs, but I bet it's more than I can spend.

CCL - No chance you could do a temporary repair with some woodfiller? I once pretty much 'rebuilt' a windowframe years agi when I rented a flat which belonged to a landlord who was allergic to doing repairs. I seem to remember buying woodfiller with some sort of hardener & it was no more difficult to use than polyfilla or playdough.2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever
