    Congratulations Pete that's great news! Another member for me to be jealous of!
    Have had to bute the bullet today and start calling removal firms without a confirmed completion date; needless to say availability is very low so we may end up doing it ourselves! At this rate we'll exchange and conplete simultaneously...

    Pennyprincess, the caravan/camper van is a common one, it's even in the covenant of my current ex council house. No caravans, mobile homes, commercial vehicles etc. Still, means the MIL can't bring the caravan and overstay her welcome (I don't want their dog in the house 😊).
