Spent the day still laughing at ex husband and his err....well, not very good memory of the boys ages.

Apparently they are all over 21 and as such, he doesn't need to pay maintenance anymore.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Local to us michaels? Good luck. I'm not anti BTL. People have got to live somewhere. Don't however like people buying places as an investment then leaving them empty.

Your ex is special Sue. But not in a good way. At least the boys laugh with you.

Counter by saying as he's insulted you, you need double.

It's only one more year...one more year until I can get him completely out of my life and not have to report what is going on with the boys (after that, it will be up to the boys if they want him to know)

I can't see him being best pleased this time next year when he finds out he is not invited to James' graduation, hopefully that will be the last battle.

I'll just have to pull the financial horns in from the end of the month, the boys will still need supporting at uni but to try to battle it and him is just not worth the stress...at least I will still have his contribution to youngest, well his idea of a contribution, less than a third of what he should be giving going by the calculators - he had actually for the first time ever, been paying close to the correct amount for one child even though he thought he was paying for three since September last year if worked out on minimum wage and full time hours, he probably gets more.

Now how far can I make £10 a week stretch?

    I am anti-BTL, but pro-Michaels.

People do need to live somewhere, and it's not the BTLer's fault that house prices are the way they are, it's in large parts the governments.

I hold a (perhaps rather too Soviet) view that property should be used as an essential, rather than an investment. Saying that, in the past I've done the exact opposite of what I've just said.....

With my 99p Waitrose potatoes (half are still in the kitchen) and reduced ham and cheese bought on Monday, dinner for 6 last night was about £1.80 (and only took about 20 minutes), so quite far I hope :)

Not going to go that far once we start uni visits next month though! He'll be alright though, he will be able to have even more holidays and posh cameras whilst sitting in a mortgage free house (thanks to her mum), no kids and two more than minimum wage incomes coming in.

He's done his bit as far as he is concerned even though his 'bit' was not really that great in the first place and youngest is still in full time education!

Wasn't there talk of going elsewhere? I wondered if that had been implemented?
