Lovely to hear from you, Inspector.
    How are things for you?
I am in the midst of DS's GCSEs. Just given him a day and a half of peace and quiet by leaving him under next door's supervision and taking DD to see FIL & MIL. MIL still fine, but FIL's memory definitely going, I'm afraid.

sound like immense fun for everyone !! lol

    yeah, thinks are so-so thanks.
    still here i guess!!

    Nice to see you Inspector!

We've had very little rain the last two days during daylight hours. Just a tiny sprinkle yesterday evening which was not enough to make you damp let alone wet and none today at all. Overnight was a different story, it fell down but we were all in bed and not worrying about it.

Good thing it stayed away yesterday, was at an outdoors music festival all day. Mind you, less than 10 miles up the road, everything was flooded. We could see the horrible clouds but luckily, they were going either side of us!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Just been almost run over by an Addison Lee car, company claim there's nothing with the beginning of the registration in the area

Family member is in hospital, so may be quiet for a while :)

Music festival was good....festival makes it sound really grand or big, it was in fact the local social club's beer festival (£5 entry for that, I was on orange squash so didn't take part in that bit) with music in the field outside for free.

Just local bands, no big names but very well attended indeed, queues for the loo (real ones, not portaloos), the bar, the BBQ and the ice cream van were, as is normal at these events, horrendous.

I suppose it shows how semi rural this village is with the local social club having huge fields as part of their property at the back instead of being squished in on the high street amongst shops....this is our version of a high street!
