Existing E.ON customers can't switch between tariffs and earn cashback through third party sites. You can, though, switch through their website or over the phone but no cashback I'm afraid (but see below!)

There is one exception to the above.

If you want to switch to an Eon Collective Tariff such as those offered by MSE/Uswitch/UKPower etc - than Yes, you can earn cashback.

This is because these tariffs are only available/exclusive via MSE/Uswitch/UKPower etc.

If you have previously changed with MSE's cheap energy club. you might want to login and see if their current Electricity only Collective deal with Eon is cheaper than your current Eon tariff. If it is than you can change online and collect £15 cashback.

However, this won't apply to V20 as its being offered by Eon directly.

Note: there is no penalty for switching between Eon tariffs - regardless of whether you are going directly to another 'mainstream' Eon tariff or an Eon collective tariff

Yes the site was down for a little while, this was to let the website people update everything. I'm sorry for the problems this caused.

I just wanted to confirm that Version 19 did come to end last night, so this is no longer available to sell to new customers, or change on to.

The website has also now been updated with the changes, I've logged on this morning and all is working okay.

My application to switch energy supply to E.ON Fixed 1 Year v19 Online was processed by the Cheap Energy Club on 30th January. Since then I have heard nothing. Phoned E.ON this morning and was told that they have no record and they suggested I contact the club to find out. My question is how do I contact the club to find out?

Yes that sounds like the best thing to do, the club has an email you can use, Dan maybe along soon to post it for you.

As I'm sure you all know, Malc, Amy and I don't have any influence on tariff's or prices or business decisions etc.

We don't have any sort of business decision information, this sort of stuff is just not shared with us.

We are here, as always to help with account worries and problems and we do everything we can to get things resolved.

Wow v20 has arrived, I thought oil prices were still falling.

V20 is £269.03 pa, more than my v19😡😡

Someone is having a laugh but it certainly is not me.
