    If they're not pursuing under PoFA they can only chase the driver, the keeper has no liability.

    But you've won your POPLA appeal? All a bit academic now.

  • I won my appeals, yes.

    The latest is in regards to my disabled mother who stayed with me as my partner is her carer when my dad works away. She had blue badge on display but did not pay and display.

    They took over 100 days to send ntk.
