Cheepo no name sofas bought off ebay for next to nothing transpire to be cheepo sofas, and people are surprised??

It doesn't give the " company" the right to ignore complaints.
Cheepo sofas that fall apart after a year are a different issue.

But OP paid next to nothing, and it lasted a year?

It's just cheap furniture flogged on ebay, it's never going to be any good.

    Much like cheap responses then..
  • We bought the Milano sofas - they arrived on 26 Nov 15 and were splitting at the seams by the 29 Nov- no response from these people - definitely advertised as leather- complaint sent to address on receipt by recorded delivery but sent back by Royal Mail as they could not deliver

I purchased a suite through eBay from this company and when it was delivered it wasn't as advertised and contacted the seller who collected the suite but has not refunded my money (paid through PayPal).
I contacted eBay to get a refund and after what seemed like an eternity, ebay found against me saying that I didn't have any tracking for the suite and they couldn't confirm that the seller had received the goods.
Initially, britishsignature made a check payment through PayPal then cancelled it and will now not respond to calls or e mails. So now, britishsignature have their suite back and my money.

I forwarded copies of both the delivery and collection receipts to eBay but that was not enough in their eyes. What can I do now to get my money back?
Oh, by the way, once eBay got involved, britishsignature de registered from EBay and now I've been hung out to dry by eBay.
    What can I do next?

British signature furniture are now selling on eBay with the user. name " danyasummer_0"
They are using the name Luxury Living (uk) limited
Their correct name is Luxury living ( International) limited
    Company number 09978726
    Vat number
They recently registered a company name on companies house but display the ( slightly) wrong company name with the correct company number on eBay. Also still displaying in their contact details the employee rather than the director.

    http://www.endole.co.uk/company/09978726/luxury-living-international-limitedthe directors name is shown
Showing a registered office that's different to the one given on eBay for " danyasummer_0"

That's just slightly before they ceased using that ebay account.

The guy listed as the company director is the guy who collected the suite. For obvious reasons, I'll not name him on here.
