    The young lady in question KS (OR KR ) currently describes herself as a "telesales manager at British signature furniture limited" on Facebook .

    Don't know what else it says As I don't have a Facebook account ( She also is working for a lettings agency) which brings up a different name than the one she uses on eBay contact. .im not putting a link but you can google it.
    Obviously just to reiterate, there is no such entity as British signature furniture limited.

    Seems like British Signature might be monitoring this thread.

    Had two of my posts deleted - one containing the name of the CEO and the other showing the address the domain name is registered to - All information available in the public domain.

    I am now in contact with a rep from the company thanks to the hard work from posters on here..

    Once I receive an outcome I will be sure to update everyone on here...
