I'm a dreadful worrier.
If I'm not worrying about something specific, I worry that I've overlooked something I should be worried about, and that disaster will therefore ensue.:(
Every morning, I wait with baited breath for DH to speak to me, or at least stir and show signs of life, because a woman I worked with years ago woke up to find her DH dead in bed beside her.
I worry when DH drives to work, til he calls me to tell me he's got there safely (he works 30 miles away from home).
It's exhausting, but I have no idea how to stop doing it.
CBT was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I have read I don't know how many self-help books, to no avail.
I'm on meds for it, and still I worry myself sick over everything.
I guess it's just how I am.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
