Thoughts on Bounts (Get paid for walking)

Anyone know of any other sites that reward you for using a Fitbit like Bounts? Just got a Fitbit but find Bounts to be troublesome. Going to persevere for a bit but just being nosy!Albert Einstein “Imagination is more important than knowledge”0

Hi, has anyone paid for the premium+? I'm wondering if it's worth me getting it, I am quite active generally. Would points add up to something worth having a lot quicker?0

Bounts doesn't seem to be working again0

Bounts stopped working for me around May 26th. It endlessly tries to log me in and then goes off completely. Looks like a lot of people are having issues since the last update. I did manage to redeem a voucher through the website though so they are still functioning.0

I deleted the app and reinstalled, and it updated, but is still problematic now.0

If anyone is considering getting the Premium service, I wouldn't bother. I use iPhone 6 with an Apple Watch and a Garmin 810 for my bike. I am very active and record all my exercises. Unlike the Bounts app!!
I upgraded to Premium for £15 as I was getting no benefit as a free member earning 5 points per day. At first, premium was good and I was getting 60+ points per day. Then the app stopped working. I contacted Bounts and got a response to delete and reload the app. This resolved the issue but on opening the app again, it had reverted to being broken. By broken, I mean that the app sometimes does not open (green blank screen) or crashes, but the biggest issue for me is that it keeps turning the Apple Health app switch "off". This means none of my exercise is being logged. I have emailed about 5 times complaining about this and asking for a refund. I have had no response since I mentioned the word "refund", despite the 3 day response time claim. I have enough points for a £10 Starbucks voucher but, as others have said, the rewards are poor. I think the customer service is terrible and since it was publicised on this site, they have been swamped beyond capability.
However, as a consumer championing website, I think MSE should now be helping to get people like me my refund. Surely if I've paid for a service which is failing to deliver I am entitled to my money back? Is this not covered under distance selling laws?
It sounds too good to be true and, in my experience, it is. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS APP!!!!!0 -
the concept is good, I'm just thinking how long will this offer keep up?0

The app is working fine for me and my husband. We have both just claimed a £10 garden centre voucher so will see how long and IF it arrives.
Will keep posted.
My main bugbear is how they moved the goal posts suddenly. Takes me ages to reach payout compared to joining up prices.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
The app works fine for me. But they force you to use the Moves app which counts about 1/4 of your daily steps. I wont be paying for premium again.0

App does not open for me now. Paid £15, have got £10 back (still waiting for a £5 voucher).
Nice concept but going to stop with it. Not worth the extra energy / hassle.0
