I assume it's like the other venues where on the app you have an option to check it (mine is turned to check in automatically) -the other day it checked me in at the wrong place, the tennis club is next to the leisure centre where I went swimming0

I've never checked in to any venues so not sure exactly how it works. I found the venue map on the app but it just pinpoints various venues. I can't seem to find any 'check in' button anywhere0 -
I have the app on my iphone, checked in settings how much of the battery it is using and is is far in excess of any other app. 35% of the last battery run was just on bounts! I did a 10 k at a forestry commission venue yesterday - bedgebury. Didn't even realise you could get points there! It did it automatically, you don't need to check in, although I always make sure the option to track venues is 'on' as each time you log out it will switch it off. Ended up getting points for the venue, points for using strava and points for Fitbit!0

I didn't realise that they'd stopped MMF!! Only investigated it when I couldn't find the link today and then found out. Rather annoyed as I didn't get an email
Can't complain too much as I won one of the £5 voucher for the 10k step a day challenge!:T

I paid for premium+. Earned my first £15 voucher 6 weeks ago. Still waiting for delivery. Contact support and you get an auto-reply explaining how their response times are woeful. Useless.
I'll give them a couple more weeks then demand a refund on my Premium+ and get rid of the app.0 -
I'm still awaiting replies to issues I raised weeks ago, along with a refund of points from my missing garden voucher which has been ongoing since March. I've given up trying to contact them now!
I've got almost 10,000 points in the bank but won't risk exchanging for anymore vouchers until they get this shambles of a company operating efficiently again.
There biggest mistake, it seems, was ever getting involved with MSE. Obviously nowhere near big enough to handle the rapid influx and capacity of new customers.0 -

I think they are going to lose a lot of people in a few months time when premium memberships start to expire and no one bothers re newing! Im just glad I managed to get enough vouchers to get my premium + money back.0
