They've also increased the garden vouchers from 909pts to 2778pts. And lots of other vouchers have been withdrawn, including Amazon which would be my second choice.

Seriously not impressed with this company at all. Seems they've taken everyone's money to sign up to Premium + and now removing the rewards

They've only changed that this week! I ordered mine last Sunday for 1800 ish points.

I asked them on twitter about the shop - apparently they are doing some work to the website and most options will be restored shortly - obviously we will have to wait and see.

I have also been affected by the price increases on some items however it was always going to happen. The rewards at say 1808pts for £10 value were very much an an anomaly with the vast majority of £10 rewards being 2778pts.

I have done well with them so far so am willing to give them leeway.

That's true but it's damned annoying when they change the goalposts once you've signed up and paid your money! I was challenging myself to gain enough points to earn a £5 voucher per week.

And because I'm still waiting for one to arrive which I ordered almost 6 weeks ago, I haven't dared order another. And now, not only have the £5 vouchers disappeared, but they've added 50% extra points to get a £10 one. The first one I ordered turned within a few days. I just feel somewhat cheated :(

I'm so annoyed by this. Almost got enough points for my next voucher only to discover the only vouchers in their shop are for places I do not shop. Grrr.

Anyone complaining on fb is getting the same cut and paste response that vouchers come and go out of stock and they're redoing their shop. Looks to me like they can't keep up with demand so are buying time/changing the goalposts.

I've had my premium plus money refunded and £5 so wouldn't lose anything if this happened but it's disappointing. I'm glad I bought vouchers as soon as I had enough points now!

Same here and really disappointed about the garden centre vouchers. If goalposts keep being moved they are not going to get people renewing their membership after the first year. So pleased I didnt go for the three year deal!

What's this stupid news feed with people's Twitter messages on the home screen? Any way to turn it off?

How I'm I supposed to see my latest points being allocated for the day's activities and steps?

I'm hating Bounts more and more as each day passes

    :

I'm getting that on my app (web based is ok) and I can't check my points or get any options up.

Just checked the shop whilst I was on the web page, and I see what you guys mean now about there being very little options.

I'm only half way to my next voucher, so a long way off yet, but hope they've restocked by the time I get there! There's no Tesco vouchers, only £1-£2 options in New Look, and no Boots ones. Not sure about Argos cause didn't check, but that's probably the only other one I'd want.

Moves has almost completely stopped now for me. Friday I did over 28,000 steps including a 10km run which is normally about 8000 steps. Moves counted less than 7000 and marked my run as transport!

Im going to delete Moves then unless Bounts add a new Android step tracker ill delete that too when my years premium membership is up. Should get a couple mre vouchers from Strava over the year hopefully.

You can change the transport thing back to walking if you press on it. The only thing you can't move back is the annoying Moving off bit.
