Does anyone else find the reward wheel really stingy? OH let's me use his spins and I've only ever won 5 points twice in 2 weeks when he's a premium member with 3 fracked activities a day.0
-
The reward wheel is getting worse. Probably because there are so many new members now.
You used to at least get 5-10 points (but mainly 5) in every 3 spins roughly. Now it's a lot harder. The other week I had about 12 spins, I think I won 10 points in total.0 -
Im a premium plus member and out of 24 spins I got 2 x 5pts rewards. I'm going to stop using Bounts soon. It's absolutely useless.0
-
He's premium plus too and he's won 25 points in increments of 5 since 10th April. He used to win quite a lot more so maybe it is the influx of new members. Still accumulating a good few points per week doing activities so will keep it for now.0

Similar experience to codemonkey here. Just received my latest £5, took a little longer than before but at least it's here. Overall I'm still very happy with Bounts.0

Im happy with it too. Recieved my vouchers about a week after ordering. In hand written envelopes though which i found a bit odd. Just hoping I dont have any issues and have to contact customer services!0
-
Still happy with mine as well.
Ive had my £15 back that I invested in premium + and a fiver more. Also more than half way to another voucher without putting much effort in.
Went to my local garden centre and bought a book on potato
recipes, some mange tout plants, a clematis, and a small pot of parsley.....oh and a birthday card.
Used my £10 bounts......the girl on till still gave me my discount as I used to work there and had £1.60 to pay.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
Is anyone else having issues upgrading? I joined the 'premium' service a week ago, but the subscription hasn't been applied (why isn't it automatic?) and there has been no response from the support email address.0

I ordered a £5 Morrisons voucher last week and yesterday received an email advising that they no longer have any Morrisons vouchers and they have recredited me (with an additional couple of hundred) and I should choose another option.
The only other vouchers that interest me are another 1,200 points or so. As a standard member that's over a year away and who's to say that they won't move the goal posts again in the meantime (or go under)?
Perhaps they'll reinstate some vouchers for 1,389 but I'm not holding my breath. I'm not hugely bothered, though. It hasn't actually cost me anything.0 -
They've also increased the garden vouchers from 909pts to 2778pts. And lots of other vouchers have been withdrawn, including Amazon which would be my second choice.
Seriously not impressed with this company at all. Seems they've taken everyone's money to sign up to Premium + and now removing the rewards :mad:0
