No I haven't gotten the 100 points yet and MMF worked yesterday. I've tried loading some of the other apps but they keep freezing. So gutted they're getting rid of MMF.

Well, I used Run Keeper for my walk earlier and it seems to have worked fine, although I thought I was going to have a GPS issue at first as it threw up an error message but Bounts has acknowledged the activity and allocated my 20pts for this morn.

I'd completely forgotten until I downloaded it and tried to register that I'd used the app previously when I was training for a 10k run, a good few years ago. It still had all my training runs and the actual race logged onto it :rotfl:

Still not happy with all the changes going on at Bounts though. I've paid £15 membership and only received £5 back in vouchers. Another £5 voucher went AWOL in transit, assuming it was ever posted but they're completely ignoring my emails now. And, I've now got over 4000 pts sitting on the account but daren't order another voucher, not that there's hardly anything to choose from. Highly disappointing :(

I made a point of trying all the other apps today - Run keeper, Strava and Moves all went into my 'other activities' section despite me hitting all the requested targets. I also got a message from bounts saying that MMF will stop on 12th May however today is the 11th and i got a disconnected message! not convinced they know what they're doing!

I got the 100 points credit today. And I note that Starbucks is back on the voucher list - it's my least favourite of the coffee options so I'll probably still wait a bit to see what else shows up.
However, at least my chosen poison is back on offer :)

I don't know about run keeper or Moves but I know that Strava only tracks 'active minutes' as part of the qualifying activity. I noticed a couple of times that the activity was over 20 minutes long (for example I'd walk to the next but one tram stop) but the active minutes clocked in at under 20 minutes, even though I was moving all the time. So when I have used Strava I've made sure I do at least 25 minutes so I don't get caught out.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Pretty annoyed about the MMF issue as I'd set up half a dozen routes and only found out today when I tried to sync my last activity and couldn't find the app link - didn't bother to email me! Was thinking about upgrading, but won't be doing that until I'm sure Bounts isn't going to pull the plug on any other tracking apps etc. Swapped over to Runkeeper as the Strava app seems to have been getting a lot of bad reviews lately. Just got to set up my routes all over again.

Strava is not really good for walking. Its mainky for runnig and cycling. I think the problem is the gps has trouble tracking slower activities properly

    That would make sense.

I tried run keeper yesterday, tracked well to the minute for walking so I'll use that in future.

The walking challenge started yesterday 10,000 steps per day for a week. I hit that yesterday but have to get myself out for a walk today or I'll miss it (during the week I easily manage over 10,000 but hte weekends are more sedentary).
    Trying to keep in budget.

I've had no problems whatsoever with my activities tracking (I'm using FitBit) or with the Reward Wheel behaving oddly. The site has worked just fine.

However, getting the vouchers I've earned seems to be Mission Impossible. I reached enough points for a Tesco voucher in early March and ordered a voucher on March 3rd. By early April, I still hadn't received it, so asked them where it is. I got a reply that it had been returned to them by Royal Mail as undeliverable and was asked to check my address. My address was absolutely 100% correct, so they refunded my points and asked me to reorder. I ordered the voucher again on April 6th. I have never received it. I sent another query on May 1st, to try to track it again. I've been completely ignored since, and have got no reply from them whatsoever. I sent another reminder a couple of days ago, saying that my query has not been dealt with, but still nothing. So it's been 2.5 months now since I ordered my first voucher, and still have nothing!

Has anyone tried signing in Bounts with the new Forestry Commission points scheme? And if so, how did you do it? I could kick myself as I was in Thetford Forest today but wasn't aware of the new scheme and neither can I find on the app where I'm supposed to "check in" :o
