Thoughts on Bounts (Get paid for walking)

I have used bounts for a while and used to really like it but about a month ago I ordered a £15 gift card that never arrived. I have since chased them via email twice but have had no replies in the last couple of weeks. Anyone else had anything similar where they can’t get hold of anyone?0

Same here, no gift voucher and no reply to my last two emails. Maybe time to start badgering them on social media0 -
I got my first voucher today. Only ordered it Monday so i was quite impressed.
Just wish Moves would sort itself out so i get all my steps counted0 -

Finally got a reply to my email today. Cut and paste instructions on how to re-install Bounts and check my apps are syncing and updating daily.
Now, what the hell has that got to do with a missing voucher order?? :wall: :mad:0 -
Chase them on social media. I think you may get a response faster.
I really think Martin needs to stop pushing this now as they can't seem to deal with the users they have. They need time to catch up and upgrade their servers and get through their inbox otherwise I think they'll break.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Tweeted them yesterday and they responded saying "I am very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I can confirm that your order has been set to complete in our system, which mean that our suppliers have confirmed that your order has been sent to you."

I won't order anymore vouchers until I get a final response as to where my lost voucher is. The last communication I had is that my order was delayed as they'd run out of vouchers but had since been dispatched on 14th April.
Still not arrived and when I replied to let them know, I got yet another "cut & paste" reply from Cara about re-setting my Bounts app to enable me to log into venues and get my points :huh:0
