  • Well, I'm in again for this month. I want to reduce my budget to £350 this month for 4 adults and one dog. Oh and I are retired so that includes breakfasts and dinner for 4 and lunches for 2.

    I'm in this month please.
    I think I will need 500 francs and I also want to raise this by selling stuff. Usually I do this via a Facebook group but I thinkI'm going to have a go at eBay too.
    Trying to keep in budget.

  • Can I Join in for £300 please?

    I've just realised that I spend in the region of £400-£450 a month on food. :eek: and there's only me and hubby and the zoo (2cats, and a sausage dog).

    I desperately need to pull this down whilst building a stock pile as the summer holidays are coming and I don't earn much then.

    In my budget I'm providing food, drinks and cleaning stuff for myself, the hubby and the zoo.

    Thanks
    Back in the red :mad::mad:

    We spent £50 on Sunday on an online shopping delivery so bang on budget for the first week of February! We used a £16 off £60 coupon and paid £6 for delivery, so saved £10 effectively. To top it all off, the shopping was supposed to arrive on Saturday morning and due to a glitch on the supermarket's behalf, we had to re-organise delivery for Sunday - they compensated us with a £25 gift card to spend instore which will go towards next week! So far so good :j

    Had a £94.04 shop at Tesco today to start the month. I will need fruit, veg and salad at the weekend but apart from that I'm hoping this lot can last at least 10 days.

  • Last month I spent 47/100 on food and 57 /64 eating out.

    Aiming for £50 food and £50 eating out this month. I am not including eating on holiday, this will be under the holiday budget, though am bringing a packed lunch for the journey there and back, so some effort will be made :)

    Have a lot of bits in the fridge and freezer so fingers crossed!
