Hi all. Just posting my grocery spends so far. Just under £430 for the year to date. This is for 5 adults 1 child. Using up lots of bits I've could in the cupboards and pantry. This week, risoto rice best before 2011 and condensed milk best before 2010. About half a tub of cottage cheese left. Bought a catering size tub for 50p. Use by end of January! None of us dead yet! So pleased that I have spent just under £340 this month. So slowly I am getting my spending down. I've just done an audit of all the toiletries so shouldn't need to buy anything on that front for a while.Books - the original virtual reality.

Oh bother, I have really gone over my budget for February but it was a five Friday month for me so will only have four Fridays in March. I will combine the three month totals at the end of March to get an overall total for the first quarter. I have a few days away in Iceland (excited) so will be leaving DS3 some money to feed himself and will add this to the total at the end of March.
Best wishes everyone and see you over on the March threadGrocery challenge 2025: £1106/1500 annual budget0
