Bang into February grocery challenge with a £115.12 shop at tesco! :eek:
However, this included food for a family lunch (20 people!), dinner for 7 people Sat evening plus cooked breakfast Sunday morning. Also £15 on alcohol.
Also spent £5.50 at health food shop. It doesn't bode well for Feb:oOct grocery budget £368.40 / 6000 -

Evening all
A great weekend away .. if I was to take it from our grocery budget, we'd have none left. fortuitously it'll come from our social budget
So, back to business... £3.40 spent (bread and eggs) ... signature updated.
On the downside .... no food in, no plan, no time .... this is going to prove an interesting couple of days to get back into rythm !GC - March 2024 -0 -

I've spent £14.69 out of Feb's budget.
I've put the lovely savings from Jan's budget into our house saving account. They've partly made up for December's massive overspend, so we're almost back to where we should be. :T[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Going to do my main shop today and also need to get ds2 a new school bag and ds1 school shoes, so it will be a tight food budget, oh and I need to get diesel *rollseyes* I also forgot that I have to pay deposit for ds1's cub trip in May, oh dear the budget doesn't look so good!0
