Only money spent was my hair cut. I never like my newly cut hair but will be ok tomorrow when I’ve blown it the right way for me :p

One of the towns near me lost its M&S last year. Such a shame - it had been there for years - but M&S have just announced the closure of another 17 stores. My parents moved to the area when I was 15 - it was one of the 'new towns' built after the War and the shopping centre was bustling then. It's a poor version of itself now, though I've heard talk of a massive regeneration programme. Hope so but shopping habits have changed so much.

    Hope you like your hair!

All our local town centres are losing stores because of online shopping, high business rates etc. My nearest place is full of charity shops and not much else.

Glad you feel better after your haircut. Nearly weekend now . Is this your busy one ?

A busy Saturday with various appointments in town CL then the following weekend - dd and gks are here for the weekend it’s ds 40th midweek of that week and then we’re taking ds for a nice meal the weekend after. A nice day out with friend in Feb.....this year is going fast but all good things so far :T:beer:

Since I can’t go to my SW on Saturday I needed to weigh in today....I came home from work (I usually hang around and go straight from work if I go on a Thursday) and so nearly didn’t bother going as I’ve been snacking on rubbish and expected to put loads on - am I just throwing money away... But I gave myself a good talking to and went back out to face it. I’d put 1/2 on which isn’t a lot but added to all the other 1/2s I’ve put on isn’t good....if I don’t lose next week I’m calling it a day. Since I rejoined before Christmas I’ve paid best part of £50 to put a pound ON:eek::eek:

Spent £35 on fresh stuff and got a load of SW bars.
