  • Did you move it elsewhere when the renovations were being done and you had to camp out upstairs ?

Hope you find it and you haven't got rid, they are expensive machines .
    Have a good day .

I have lost the sewing machine attachment for embroidery. I’ve never used it, but thought I’d have a go….it has vanished. I’m sure I’ve looked everywhere. You have my sympathies…bl***y borrowers 😬

I was looking for a craft item I bought at an extortionate price many years ago.   I can’t find it for love nor money. It’s a good while since I used it… it has sat on the shelf in my bedroom for years….I’ve got all the dies that go with it but can’t find the actual machine. It’s a big, red, heavy appliance so I can’t have thrown it away by mistake. My task over the next few days is to go through the spare room with a fine tooth comb to find it 🤔🤔🤔

I hope your memory is more reliable than mine. When things that I know to be big, red and heavy are eventually found, they always turn out to be small, light and dark blue. I look at them in horror and wonder how many more of my marbles are going to disappear...🥴
This is exactly like me 😀

That is what it will be SSG…..I rearranged a few things but kept my craft stuff roughly in the same place. I’ve vague recollections of storing some things behind books  but I’ll go through everything next week. I wanted to sort the girls toys out anyway after their last visit. I’m just hoping it’s not in Dh room……..he has boxes in boxes in boxes - it’s like entering a black hole with all his his junk (train stuff) 😳😳😳 I’m sure I haven’t thrown it. Dh wondered if I’ve lent it out but I’ve still got all my dies so no good lending the sizzex out and keeping the dies 🤔🤔
We decided to fill the van up today as we’re going away in a couple of weeks……we had to visit 3 petrol stations before we found one selling diesel 😳😳
Miraculously I stayed the same at SW. I’ve no plans this week so am determined to have a loss……that said I didn’t have plans last week but ended up eating out 4 times 😏😏😃

Yesterday I ended up going for a walk along the local river and through my favourite place I walked in lockdown. The crocus and daffs are  quite pretty atm.
I’ve just put a ginger sponge in the oven and will top it with rhubarb I’ve just picked from the garden 😁 my first crop. Should go down well with a bit of custard after roast lamb 😀
I’m quite excited as I’m going to see a youngster I used to work with on Wednesday. My friend is still a carer for this youngster. I bumped into little ones mum and she’s given me the go ahead to meet up with them 😁😁 So I’ll meet a lady I used to work with in 2 previous jobs as well as little one…….never a dull moment and always lots of fun to be had 👍
I’m drinking loads of water and cranberry juice as I suspect I’m starting with an infection….I’ve ended up on ivs with kidney infections the last couple of times I’ve started like this so trying to ward it off…….

Another walk along the river yesterday, I know I’ve pushed myself. Walking and standing cooking has taken its toll. I’m getting a tad fed up of feeling so tired after I’ve done something. Feel like I’m always moaning 😏 roast dinner was very nice though and there’s enough for tonight - maybe a snack tomorrow too 😁
An early start tomorrow as I have to leave for the hospital at 8am. If I want breakfast I need to eat before 6.30…..that’ll be a shock to my system. I’m not expecting them to find anything but it’ll rule some things out and at least I’ll know it’s a case of living with the way things are these days.
I've done much better keeping to SW this week so hopefully it’ll show at the scales on Friday 😀
