I’ve got a long awaited appointment at podiatry for inserts this morning. It’s a beautiful day so I’m going to walk. I’m a bit tired so that’ll be my lot for today. Dh is picking me up afterwards. I really want to carry on with my walking though as I’ve had a good week SW wise and determined to get myself a bit fitter, 👍 plus the podiatrist can see my foot and ankle after I’ve been walking on it 😃 I feel like I’m always moaning.
todays positive thought - I feel a whole lot better than I did 😃😃😃👍

Definitely couldn’t manage without inserts Scottie. I’ve worn them for years. The podiatrist is lovely but talk about making you feel ready for the scrap heap 😂😂😂😂 I go back at the end of April to pick them up.

Some people seem to just have the knack, don't they.  I said to the boyfriend the other day, oh no I've got old lady legs.  Well what do you expect you are one.  I was good, I didn't throw anything, perhaps as well as he was dressing something for me at the time.  I suppose I shouold be grateful he doesn't go for a younger model, but I don't feel it!

I actually lost 1 lb on Friday. I expected more but I’ll take it happily as I haven’t lost for a long time.
I’ve been feeling a bit off but I really think I caught this infection in time. I’ve been heading to bed to watch Corrie and that’s been my lot.
Ds took me out for dinner yesterday which was lovely. We will both be away on Mother’s Day. We don’t often do much on the actual day anyway as I think it’s always busy…..we often do the Saturday or week either side.
I was just nodding off the other evening when I vaguely remembered moving my red craft machine from a high shelf in a wicker basket to a lower shelf in a covered box….so it wasn’t so heavy to get put. I got out of bed to check - sure enough there it was laughing at me. It was really bugging me 😂😂😂😂
