Thanks everyone.I’m not unduly worried about the camera - I’ve had lots before but never with the stoma. On a plus I won’t need to have the awful prep 😁 Just go to the ward the morning and they’ll sort things there.
it’s been beautifully sunny here so we’ve made the most of it and been out for a couple of drives. On Friday into the hills about 45 minute drive from home. On Saturday to the seaside for a walk by the sea. We didn’t walk too far but caught a lovely sunset on both occasions. We decided to do these drives before the price of petrol gets too prohibitive 😳The photos don’t do justice to the sunsets……nothing like nature to lift the spirits 😀January spends - £587.583 -
Beautiful sunset 💕I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

I went to the U3A singing group this morning- I can’t sing for toffee- but really enjoyed it again. From there I headed to town and went into Dunelm and Hobbycraft- my bedding has gone very bitty and full of pills. I tossed and turned again from 3 am and these tiny bits felt like boulders 😳 so £75 later for a new bedding set and a flower punch for card making mysteriously fell into my basket. It could have been so much worse as I had a scrapbooking paper pad in the basket and sketch books for my gks at one stage BUT I PUT THEM BACK 😇😇😇 not something I usually ever do in any craft shop. I realised what a slippery slope visiting craft shops can be though 🤔🤔 I need to use what I have 👍👍👍👍👍January spends - £587.582

Craft things have a lot to answer for…..I got to the stage where collecting my stash was more of a hobby than making the crafts 😳January spends - £587.581

Gorgeous photos - we had a lovely sunset here yesterday as well - such pretty colours!

A tidy up day today as I’ve neglected things of late. Tea is a pasta dish from the freezer - frozen a few weeks ago 😁
My new bedding was so comfortable last night….no bobbles or wrinkles underneath me. I did wake up several times but went back to sleep 😴😴😁 I need to keep an eye on spends - I’ve got a couple of family birthdays over the next few weeks and am determined to stay as close to my predicted budget as possible 👍 Talking of birthdays it would have been my mums today……January spends - £587.580 -
I planned a quick tidy through the house but ended up wiping over the tiles in the kitchen as there were a few splashes - took me all day to do kitchen and a quick Hoover of the living room. Upstairs will have to wait until tomorrow - I’m totally done in 😏
No money spent today 😀January spends - £587.582
