I’d intended on putting the beds up and generally getting ready yesterday but other than shopping I did absolutely nothing……we even went to Spoons for the valentine 2 for £20 deal 😁 My days out had wiped me out so I’m rushing around like a mad woman this morning. Not sure why as dd would happily put the beds up. I just like to have everything ready for them 😏
just having 5 minutes for a cuppa and toast 👍January spends - £587.580 -
Grrrrrr 🤬🤬🤬🤬 why is it when I’m on a mission does the washer decide to have a hissy fit and start bleeping and flashing codes. It wouldn’t switch off and I could reach but couldn’t press the switch on the wall…..I’m losing a lot of strength in my hands 😳 I ended up ringing Dh at work and he came home….🤔 He managed to switch it off ok and it appears to be working ok again now……will see what happens by the end of the cycle. The code reckoned there wasn’t any water getting to the machine…..there was 🤔🤔🤔 it got its knickers in a twist over something 😏 I’m a bit wary though as we had one that was smelt of burning rubber and about to set alight 😳😳😳January spends - £587.581

The washer worked perfectly for Dh…..I didn’t do anything different to what I usually do 🤔fingers crossed it carries on working 🤞
Dd and grandkids had a long journey yesterday…..the trains from The Big Smoke to here have been reduced atm due to covid so there was a long wait between trains - adding virtually another hour to an already long trek. Great fun has been had by all though and they came in to give grandma a morning hug at 5.45am this morning. There’s only usually one 5 in my day and thats at teatime 😂😂 So we have been up a while…..looked at photo albums, read little ones reading book and are now watching tv. I’ll be in bed by teatime 😂😂😂
Ds is coming around later……the weather isn’t looking good so it could be a games and cooking day. Maybe a walk to the river to play Pooh sticks in the rain if they need to burn off energy 👍January spends - £587.582 -
Thought it was strange you posting this early 😂. Have a lovely day whatever you decide to do. The weather is dire , my DGD are on half term next week, it doesn't look much better then.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

It brightened up this afternoon so we made it to the park a 10 minute drive away, which was enjoyed immensely. I made tea whilst ds and kids played cards and board games. We all played games after tea. Hopefully they’ll sleep a little longer in the morning - They head home at dinner time so Grandma can collapse in a heap 😂😂😂January spends - £587.582
