I’ve just had a letter from DWP. I am now in a support group which will give me extra cash. I’m presuming this is a result of the medical assessment I had a couple of weeks ago. It’s a whole new world to me. But it’ll make life easier 😌

Am I right in assuming the 1 year limit  doesn’t apply if you are in the support group for ESA. From what I’ve read about it - I think this is the case?

Just been for my usual walk….it was an effort today. I need to make myself go out everyday and put a bit more effort into Slimming World. I called in Morrison’s on my way there and ate a small fish and chips ( minus the batter) in the cafe - completely spur of the minute on the way there and Aldi on the way back door milk and cold meat  and forgot the 1 thing I really needed…..butter 😳 I’ll nip back out to Morrison’s later as we’ve run out. By the time I’ve bought the butter my February spends will be £10.
I could have so easily spent the day in front of the tv as I did yesterday…..I need to keep making myself do things 😏 as I’m slipping into bad habits when I’m in on my own 😳
