I’ve had a lovely day at a NT place. There was a pizza van doing wood fired pizza so we shared one - twas lovely. For the first time ever I didn’t see a deer there....there are usually a lot and they’re quite tame and come really close. I walked around the smallest circuit and sat at every available bench- we drove to a water park a few miles away and had a coffee at an outside table then drove to the edge of the lake and watched the ducks. I think I’ve done too much though as I’m aching around my middle in muscles I’d forgotten I had. So I’m heading to bed in a moment.

Boy have I paid for my day out yesterday. I haven’t slept all night as I couldn’t get comfortable as I ached everywhere. I couldn’t decide whether I felt sick or just achey....luckily it wasn’t sickness. I’ve managed to eat half a round of toast this morning so am having a lazy day. I had stomach aches too but I’m sure it was muscular rather than tummy troubles. I’m seeing the nurse tomorrow so will see what her verdict is....Poor DH was proper worried over night. That’ll teach me to do too much.
Hopefully the union rep will get in touch soon so that I can let work know I want representation.

Union rep didn’t phone so I phoned them. Apparently someone is on holiday until Monday and someone else is on the sick so should ring on Monday.
Ive had a very lazy day and lay on the bed all day. I’ve managed to eat a bit but not forcing anything. I’m feeling a bit better so hopefully after a good nights sleep should get back on track soon 👍

The union rep should know what chance there is of negotiating early retirement but with a full pension.  Fingers crossed!
