Milann's life keeps getting in the way.......

milann said:OBL my GP is really good most of the time although there is one GP in the practice that is really rude and refused to give me a sick note as I was recovering from my arm surgery last year. The consultant at the hospital wasn’t impressed and I think he let him know about it. I try not to get this particular doctor if I can help it. I have been particularly impressed with the speed I’ve had my hip problems dealt with as I only waited a week after the referral. Whereas I waited 3 weeks for the original GP appointment.....
I had an injection in theatre in my ankle a few years ago so I’m not worried about it. If it works as well as the ankle one did I will be a happy Milann. One into the spine sounds awful. I’m more worried about telling work I’ll need at least a day off work....when I had my ankle done I had to rest it a couple of days to give it chance to absorb, but he didn’t mention that the other day......
I’ve just been to Mr T with my dh - WHY - I’d nipped in for yoghurt and milk.....£58 later. Dh is terrible but at least I’ve got some things for the weekend when dd and gks will be here.....plus ‘he’ bought ‘himself’ (with my money) some computer disks and something else for his computer but since he treated me to a sp00ns tea and put petrol in my car yesterday I don’t suppose I can complain 😏
Did you manage to get all your shopping, my mum and dad said there were lots of empty shelves in Mr S yesterdayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -

Shattered.com I had a lovely weekend with dd and gks. We saw ds and family dealing with mil estate came around and released some cheques to people who had smaller amounts left to them. But the main body still hasn’t been released.....so the saga continues. Like I’ve said before - beware of unscrupulous financial advisors, and trustfunds. Check the fees and make sure you get the correct paperwork from them. They’d sent my mil headed paperwork so she thought everything was in order - didn’t show anybody and filed it away but it didn’t actually say what it needed to say 😡😡 Saw a little old lady and tried to fleece her......Our solicitor is still contesting them 😡 The police have been involved too 😡
My lovely tidy house looks like a whirlwind has passed through and I’m too exhausted to do anything about it. It’ll wait.
I’ll be glad when tomorrow is over - lady above me at work was off poorly and asked me to do something in a text. I miss read because I was rushing and did the complete opposite. I need to fess up tomorrow and hope there are no problems caused by it. But what’s done is done and I can’t un say what I thought she’d asked me to say. Ah well.......
I’m having an early night tonight - tucked up by 9 watching Last Tango in Halifax.
My finger is completely purple - I think I’ve broken it. Littlest gdd was stepping over me as I was sitting on the floor playing with her - I moved my arm out of the way and she managed to catch it with her foot as I moved. It was very sore yesterday but has settled down a bit now I’ve strapped them together. Demic or what?
I saw the GP on Friday who was absolutely lovely - bet he’s passing through - we seem to get a lot of doctors for a short time gaining experience. He has told me to stay off a certain medication which was giving me a bit of agro and referring me to the hospital for a replacement - probably injections. It’d be nice just once to visit the GP and not end up. with a hospital visit after it. He also referred me to physio as requested by orthopaedic doc last week.
This week I need to get in touch with a builder......January spends - £587.581 -

Your finger sounds painful, hope it mends quickly. Hope the misunderstanding of the text has worked out ok and no harm done.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

I fessed up about the misunderstanding- it is what it is. Time will tell if there are any repercussions.
My finger is a real deep purple but nowhere near as sore as it was. The purple has spread over the knuckle and half way up my hand too....
I was tucked up in bed in time for Last Tango in Halifax last night - I saw the titles and first 10 minutes and I was out for the count. I watched it when I came in from work....I knew I was tired but thought I’d have managed to see it out. I’ll be having another early night tonight.
