Hello,
I recently moved from the UK to Greece and will stay there for at least a year and a half. In order to move to a different network provider, i requested my network unlock code (nuc). I paid the 20 pounds and the code came in really fast (i received the code in the same day i made the request). When i used the code i got the '' phone network unlocked successfully'' message but right after that the same window opened again (the window where you put the nuc) and when i tried the new sim the network was still locked. I tried restarting the phone or re-using the code but nothing worked and my phone is still locked. I tried contacting the Vodafone staff but i could hardly find an email and i cant really phone them because, well, i am abroad and i do not have the luxury of paying the charges. Can one of the vodafone reps here help me or offer some guidance, i really need to use my phone for obvious reasons.
Kind regards to the community,
Ioannis S.0 -

I have been with Vodafone for a while... I started having problems when the bills that were coming in were higher than I expected... this was down to my daughter continually going over the data allowance.
I phoned so many times requesting a txt or a stop when it reached its limit.... so many times she went over and no txt or warning or stop was ever done. Even though customer service would promise it. Every time I phoned to complain they advised they would action it . I signed up to a new deal in October....
The issues were not sorted so I sent a written letter to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period.
All seemed fine until I went to remortgage my 2 buy to let properties and release equity to buy a third... My application at this stage is declined as I now have 2 late payments / defaults on my file for April and May from Vodafone..... after numerous calls and web chats I am getting nowhere....
The phone calls I am always promised a call back... I have been advised they will remove them from my history and email me confirmation.. I never received the email so I called back and it was like starting again. The same promises were made.....
If the issue is not sorted out I will be approximately £800 out of pocket per month. (extra interest as my 2 deals will have expired and not releasing the capital to buy a 3rd property to generate the other £400pm)0 -
So, follow the well-troden path following the advice on this thread - or it won't ever be and you will be.0

Vodafone SIM only MSE Deal - £60 AMAZON Voucher
Hi I've tried Vodafone about this numerous times (by phone). They say they know nothing about it and contact MSE. I see there was a previous thread that is now closed.
I'm still waiting my voucher - been well over the 90 days now.
Can someone HELP? - The complaints link above doesn't seem to work.

Thanks Lee,
The Vodafone number in question does not appear on the query form submission. As the first few times I did it I kept getting a forbidden message appear.

Hi Chris,
You have to put MSE Forum in the question section otherwise it won't transmit.0
