Yet another post as my mood is slipping and I need to motivate myself. I took the day off today so I can get back on track.
Achieved today:
Decluttered a bag to the CS
Gave a coat to Salvation Army and asked them not to sell it but to give it to someone who is street homeless as the coat is pure wool and very warm. She said they have a special box to do just that. Who knew? Worth asking…
Washing done and drying.
Christmas cards sent ( A 1st class stamp is now 70p!!!!!70p!!!!!)
A healthy meal made
Rubbish sorted
Dishes and packing away X3
A ‘reaching out’ text sent to make contact X2
Lunch packed for tomorrow
A new subscription set up (for supporting creative work)
New £1 a day savings set up for CU account for Christmas 2018
Ordered Christmas fizz from Ald1 (free delivery and £5 a bottle to take when visiting over Christmas)
A good day for me. I hope you had a good day too.

A good day.
I went to bed on time last night and awoke refreshed.
I worked well and enjoyed my colleagues today.
MSE
Breakfast, lunch, apples and nuts taken into work.
Into the office so electricity and gas saved (no fares as already had a travel card)
Returned clothes for refund as ‘liked’ but did not ‘love’ them
Resisted picking up a bottle of wine after work
Got 2nd class stamps without being forced to buy a book of 12 or 6
Not so MSE
Coffee and cake at lunch time £5.20
Getting organised to avoid overspending
Used before work time to go to Post Office and go to MnS to exchange thermals
Came straight home from work to avoid stopping off at the supermarket
Updated my bullet journal
I am WFH tomorrow so I am planning to make:
Thai veggie curry with fried sea bass and celeriac rice
Curried lentil, courgette and coriander soup
I plan to leave a Flylady worthy kitchen tonight and sort out the bins

Hello Campers
MSE
Instead of £1 a day I set up a S/O for £7 a week to save for Christmas 2018. It will go straight to my CU account. If I do it weekly and I am running short I can always stop it and make up the shortfall the following week.
My wine order came today. Free delivery from Mr A. and very nice Cava in a festive gold bottle for £5 each. Total bargain
Soup, cooked turtle beans and Thai veggies made, cooled and stored in fridge. Decided not to fry sea bass fillets. I will be steaming them instead.
Wearing thermals and keeping heating off. LOVE my thermals. So warm

Dishes X4
Cleaned kitchen hob/sides/swept floor
Bed made/swept floor/clothes put away in wash bag
I did not make my kitchen fylady worthy last night I admit.
However, I’ve done it today instead.
I’ve been so slow getting my bins sorted out that it is collection time again. I haven’t in brought them in since last week
Decluttered
Batteries
A light fitting
Old plant
Taking care of myself
2 texts sent out following up on Christmas get togethers with friends I don’t see often
Burning geranium oil to lift my spirits
Booked a dental hygienist’s appointment
Fairy lights on. They make me smile

Thanks JoJo. I am fighting the low mood by feeling one way but acting another. So I wake feeling down and wanting to pull the duvet over my head but I get up and get on with it and it seems to be working to a degree. Luckily for me I am WFH a lot this month. Hopefully the low mood will disappear of its own accord.
I am eating a steak for lunch as an energy/iron boost. It was YS from 8.70 to 2.30. Who on earth can afford nearly £9 for a steak. What if they are a family. It is crazy. Or is it me?
Today so far...

A late night post as I have had a spendy day and I want to take stock of exactly how much I have spent so I can get back on track
A round of drinks £22
Flowers for my line manager £10
Fares £10
Contribution to my manager’s present £14
A book for a present £6.50
£8 in YS bits and bobs
£1 coffee
So, £71.50 in one day. I can hardly believe it.
Not great but it is the lead-up to Christmas. I managed to avoid the Christmas ‘do’ so I guess I will suck this up…
I have £89 left in my account. I am owed £30 I will receive (hopefully) on Monday but that is all I have until pay day. This week I have had 3 NSDs thank goodness.
I must not forget I received a lovely present and had a few glasses of wine myself too.;)
