    Thanks beanielou and parsniphead :)

I managed to get the following list done whilst WFH:-

    Washing up, dried, pack away X1 X1 X1 X1 X1
    Washing load done X1 X1

    Cashmere bundled and frozen

    Food
    Salad prepped
    Made spicy beans with chorizo
    Made a batch of millet/quinoa
    Marinated chicken breasts

    Decluttered
    2 dresses
2 flannels that are too thick
    Off food
    Old teas

I did not manage to go to the gym I felt unwell and I had an early night. I feel better than I did yesterday today but still not 100%. I will be going to the gym today, also going to work to collect something. I have a coffee voucher so I will use it to treat myself in town.

I have no eggs left so a grapefruit, hash brown, a piece of salmon and baked beans will keep me going through a workout

So those are all my plans for today so far.

    Happy Sunday everyone :)

I went to the gym and did my 30 minute workout.:T I felt better afterwards :)
Tomorrow I am doing a boot camp 45 minute class.
I booked a programme session for September

I saved my coffee treat for another day. I got a free supermarket coffee and drank it on the train instead :money:

The £8 credit I was chasing came. I appreciated it! :money:

I had a really good yellow sticker haul today. I have a love/hate relationship with YS shopping but today it was love as this haul will see me through for some time. Just over £56 of shopping for just over £16 :money:

    Chicken Jalafrazi £4 to £1
Fresh cod fillets £11 to £2.75
    Sundried toms £3.25 to 85p
    Chicken burgers £3 to 75p
    G/F sausages £3.20 to 80p
    Organic sausages £3.25 to £1.35 X2
    G/F sausages £3.20 to 60p X2
Corn on the cob £2.20 to 39P
    4 pears £2.20 to 60p
    Strawberries £3.20 to 80p X2
    Baby leeks £2.10 to 49p
    Asparagus £1.95 to 49p
    Chicken thighs
    (filleted) £3.70 to 99p

I used my coppers jar to buy chocolate :o

I also bought a stainless steel travel cup for £12.99 in TKma33. I don’t like the idea of using paper lined with plastic when I use a takeaway cup. It was £20 and is lovely. Also if I use my own cup in Ner0 I receive a free coffee after 5 stamps instead of 9 :money:

I like taking cold sausages and raw veggies as a packed lunch so that will save me money too. :money:

Tomorrow I will set new goals and review this week’s goals.
    Happy Sunday folks :)

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

That yellow sticker haul is seriously impressive. I never succeeded when I lived alone with it because I think I was too stuck on my meal plan. I wish I would have tried harder.

Well done on the £8 cash back. I may have missed it but did you get you PPI claims in. When I did it years ago I had to fill in forms then print them off and post. Now each one I have done has been an online form. So, so much easier.

    Have a good week.

Thanks guys :) And parsniphead is there a link to online PPI claims?

I have squirrels back in my loft. I saw one on my roof and then it disappeared. I was right all along. They are not mice. I think I saw the entry point today so I am going to have to deal with them this month, so my £100 to spend on my appearance cannot happen. In addition it might zero the whole of my Credit my Union savings. I don’t know how I will pay if it more. So be it. I will just have to find a way.

    I will not panic!

For my appearance I will be doing the following:-

Heeling and cleaning my boots £15
    Doing my eyebrows 0
Facial scrubbing and face mask 0
    Buying a swimsuit (20), cap (5) flip
flops (5) so I can swim and steam £30
    Facial wax strips £3
    Wearing basic make-up 0
    Pedicure (100) but reclaim 85 15

TOTAL TO SPEND ON APPEARANCE £63

I will also be having a yellow sticker (YS) month, setting myself a budget of £20 a week. I always budget for £150 a month on food, but easily spend £180… So if this experiment is a success I will save £100 here too.

I promise not to moan about having to shop for YS food too. I won’t. ;)

    Goals this month

    Frog of the week
Get someone in to quote for removing squirrels and find a new roofer
    Call my sister
    Steam clean something!

    Investment in health and wellbeing
Go to the gym 4 times for 35 minute workouts
    Hospital tests

    Financially fit in the future
    Obtain a pension forecast
Phone NI line to discuss making up S/E contributions

    Written correspondence of the week
Applying for PPI on 3 cards

    Treat of the week
A medical pedicure and paying extra to paint my toes

I had a bad week last week. I’ve carried my failures forward. I am not going to review it or dwell on it. I just want to move forward

My mood is lowish but I am determined to have a good week. I hope you have a good week too :)

Hi, it might be worth trying your local council to see if they have a pest service? Our local one is £85 plus VAT if that helps with planning - a painful amount of money.
