Good idea to work your way up to the 45 mins sessions.
When training it is good to make sure that you are actually getting a work out.
Personally, if I don't feel my muscles burning the next day I feel like I've not trained well enough.
Everyone is different, train to the level that you feel is giving you what you need.

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

That is so helpful Uncanny Scot.
Makes me feel less guilty too. I am training by heart rate and right now I can only sustain it for 30 minutes but as I get fitter I'm hoping I will be able to go longer...That's the theory anywayIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Not at work this morning I went to an appointment. Unsuccessful but more about that another time.
WFH this afternoon.
I had been living with cheap foam slippers that despite regular washing made my feet stinky and cheap slippers depress me.I made a note in my journal that I wanted wool house shoes like a clog that I could wear with thick socks in the winter and cool enough for barefoot in the summer. I went in TKMa33 today and the exact thing I wanted was there one left and my size. They retail for £59.99 and I got them for £12 :T
Do we put our wishes out there so we are more attuned to what is already there, or does the universe provide? Either way a good outcome
I only had £60 until payday at the end of the month and now it is down to £48 and then I spent £3 on a chorizo as I made smoky black beans and they were good but so much better now, with a little chorizo. So, I have £45 left but I do not regret the house shoes
I am making a pile of buckwheat pancakes to use as wraps. I had some black sesame seeds so I added that to the batter. I will freeze some wraps.
Not long until pay day so this afternoon so I will prepare my budget. I’ll think about what I need my money to do. I have the additional fixed expenses of the health club and my CU savings so I will have to be smart
I hope you had a good day readerIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I've been budgeting and I can make it work. I have added a £100 a month appearance fund and that includes everything and anything to do with my appearance...hair, clothes, shoes, make-up. I don't spend on myself and I am fed up with the constant neglect
The food budget (where I spend way too much) is now restricted so I can afford the gym and appearance payments.
I’m keeping it flexible so I will hold the following weeks £10 budget too in case I spot YS bargains.
I have a £10 budget for next week. This is the plan…
Breakfasts
Eggs and baked beans Buy 12 eggs = £2
Lunch
Salmon and chickpeas with
Millet or quinoa OR:-
Lentil, spinach, tomato soup
and feta with a cashew butter buckwheat wrap
Supper
Red pepper falafel and humous Buy carrots =£2
and carrot in a buckwheat wrap (X1)
Thai red veggie curry Buy cauliflower= £1
with cauliflower rice and toasted
cashews (X2) Buy Mr L cashews =£1.80
Grilled mackerel with pesto
and sweet potato chips and garlic
kale. (X1)
1/2 YS Cumberland pie with
spinach or kale (X2)
Grilled chicken breast with pesto,
sweet potato chips and salad (X1)
It isn’t exciting but it is workable. I have all the household items I need and frozen berries, bits of fruit, a bottle of wine, sheep’s feta and 90% chocolate so I should be okay with this food plan. We shall seeIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

DIA, you meal plans are far from boring.
I really like the idea of an appearance fund. You deserve to look after yourself. From discussions I think so many of us have neglected ourselves recently.

Peer pressure led to me agreeing to go to lunch with a friend despite already having brought lunch in with me. Nice sushi and I had a small portion but still £5.25 spent. Oops.:o
I bought 3 tubs of pate from MnS reduced to 40p from £2.59. Now I can see they do not freeze. Another oops.:o
I am now down to my last £20 and it won’t be pay day for some time yet.
It might be time to use my coppers jar. I am going to the train station early tomorrow morning to see if the machine will accept coppers.
I am going to check if an £8 credit due to me credited to my account.
I’ve been looking back over my diary. I do this when things feel a little tough. It helps motivate me.
So, I did not start repaying debt until March 2016 when I got my first salary for full time work. At that time I said the £24,822 was a 2 year project. So, that target is February 2018.
According to my (rubbish) bank the fixed plan says the debt will be repaid at the end of October 2018.
So I should be happy with either of those dates. There are a few ways of being ‘on target’ with my DF date. But, I will be, not so secretly, disappointed if I start 2018 with debt.
So that’s me today

I woke up and threw away the pate I purchased yesterday as it upset my stomach. It is very processed and has both milk and cream in it. Serves me right really.
The house feels stuffy so I have opened windows and I will be burning eucalyptus and grapefruit this morning.
The week is drawing to a close and I have not done so well on my goals overall.
I will force myself to the gym after work and do 30 minutes on the cross trainer.
The house is a right old state. I’m WFH today so I am planning to make inroads into the mess.
I have been a bit rubbish at maintaining personal relationships recently. When I am stressed I tend to retreat. I have an unopened email from a friend that has been in my box for weeks. I will put some energy into relationships this coming week.
I am getting fed up with my clothes and that is a pointless chain of thought as I cannot afford to replace my wardrobe right now. This needs some thought...
I will report back later with a long, thrilling list of all my domestic achievements.

I hope you feel a bit more positive soon DIA.
Don't worry about the pate, it's better gone if it makes you unwell.
