Thanks for all the encouragement ladies :A

It was nice waking up to no dishes. This evening I will make sure dishes are done again and I will keep doing it until it becomes engrained. I cannot go to sleep if my teeth are not cleaned. Well I want dishes to be like that.

I had a friend who didn’t own a draining rack and her sink was always clean. I am taking her lead. Anyway the kitchen looks cleaner without one.

Because my kitchen needs replacing and is so yuk I am making the mistake go thinking keeping it very clean will make little difference to how I feel about it. Not true as this morning felt better.

    I had a spendy day but I can explain…

My boots from the Autumn let in water and need resoling £20 so they may need to be binned.

In the Jones sale I bought:

Barbour boots reduced from £135 to £30.
    Timberland boots £125.00 to £30
Casual shoes that were £85 and reduced to £20

    TOTAL MINUS £80.00

    My plan is…return casual shoes (a bit tight) = + £20

Return the handbag purchased last month for £90

Buy in sale smaller handbag = - £20

    TOTAL = PLUS £90.00

So although I spent £80 today I am in fact £10 up and I have 2 pairs of amazing boots

Off to clean my kitchen and shine my sink

    The weekend has arrived! Enjoy!

I struggled with today. Rail replacements, lack of sleep due to a gum infection and general below-par-ness today. The gum thing is lousy and flares up periodically but usually rights itself without antibiotics with a few days. We shall see…

Onwards and upwards and I got through a full day at work. Sore gum, so no eating or drinking also meant a NSD :)

Tonight I had some canned tomato soup and I added a few handfuls of spinach so I didn’t feel guilty about the ‘meal’

Wore my new boots today, so comfy! So stylish! They made me smile whenever I looked down.:D

    I have 2 days off now :)

Casualty tonight and making sure my dishes are done and packed away. I know how to live don’t I?

Back in the morning to plan my free time

Happy Saturday night debt busting folk :)

I have accomplished so little today that is not food related :o

I put my online order. I kept it to under £60 including £2 delivery charge and the delivery will come when I am WFH. £2 Most of what I purchased was on offer so I am pleased with that.

I made veggie soup and it’s in the fridge now

    I cooked some quinoa

I cooked a whole chicken, shredded the meat and made stock with the carcass (all now in fridge)

    I have eaten a fair bit today…:o

A breakfast of sausages, mushrooms, tomato, a potato roti, a spoonful of leftover beans and an egg!

Chicken, broccoli, asparagus, quinoa and a few glasses of red wine (with lunch) and chocolate pudding

I was exceptionally hungry after not eating very much for a few days due to my gum infection. Seems like my appetite is back with a vengeance :o

I am going to do face exfoliation a face pack later. :) Facepack Friday on a Sunday afternoon :)

I’ve cooked and will clean the kitchen thoroughly but other than that, it’s just being lazy and relaxing

Did anyone watch shop well for less? Can anyone identify the frying pan the programme replace hers for?

I hope you are enjoying your Sunday :)
