No buyers remorse. We still want out. :T
See the Ashcroft polls for who "we" are.
Educational level low, age high, working = not so much, don't play nicely with other cultures, don't like feminism, don't care for the environment, don't like people "not from round here"...
I don't expect such people will ever feel remorse.
Or learn to add up.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

New You Gov Brexit Poll
No buyers remorse. We still want out. :T'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

We need to throw money at the real economy not the housing economy.
I don't think anyone would disagree with that (especially if the real economy includes building more homes) but I think you and mr Crashy are confusing people's statements on what they think the situation is, with what their desires are. Eg if someone says "I think prices will rise" the two of you seem to think that's what people want.
I think over time house prices will rise but that doesn't mean that's what I want. But for some people, MrCrashy being a prime proponent, their wish for what will happen has seemingly also turned into a firm belief that it will happen. Just because they want it. Or perhaps, because they want it, they focus on every minor sign that it's happening, as proof, amd ignore all evidence to the contrary. Classic confirmation bias I'd say if I was a psychologist. Which I am not.0 -

anyone who doesn't understand the relationship between age and 'education level' is indeed a sad case
and anyone who has mayo thanking them must be a bit embarrassed too.0 -

I'm not sure where you're getting your statistics from. Please show your sources and working. Thanks.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

I understand that most home owners want their house to go up in value - its nature. Someday the housing market will correct (not crash) indirectly caused by the next financial crisis. There are 6 times the amount of unproductive debt kicking about globally than there was 7 years ago. It does not take a genius to understand that it will come home to roost one day. Remember debt is only destroyed on completion of repayment.
Money is created from increasing house prices and debts. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
